Only used one so far but so far so good. Instructions are easy to follow and these are easy to insert... if you have an applicator. I had some applicators from different medicine that I I didn't use so I used that one. Had to order applicators separately but Amazon has some affordable options that arrive the next day so I'm glad for that. I didn't experience any burning or discomfort, and it stayed in for most of the night except when I got up to use the restroom I did experience some leakage as you could imagine. I've used other biom suppositories with great results so I thought I'd give these with the additional beneficial ingredients a try. Instructions are clear about proper dosing and I am looking forward to restoring my microbiome after heavy antibiotic use.

I personally have an allergy to cocoa butter and missed that in the product description, but my cousin says that it helps her stay balanced.

Over priced suppositories that do not help ( me anyway). Purchased because I suffer severely from IC. The co in an email to me recommended these and another product and both were no good . Waste of hard earned money . There are other cheaper versions on the market try those first .

I only tried the product less than a week, so it's early to tell about the result, I did not have any irritation nor discomfort yet.However, like most suppositories, the leakage is a common inconvenient so best time to use them is at night or when you're lying down for a while.This is a product from a small woman owned business, and I always support business, price seems a little bit hight but if it works for me, I'll order more as the balance intimate flora is important to most women.
