Great for exercise and very comfortable. Some people would say these aren’t supportive, but they keeps things separated and in place and that’s the support I’m looking for. Doesn’t squash things down like other leggings.Wouldn’t necessarily keeps you warm in winter because it’s not thermal insulated but might help as an extra layer.Very smooth feeling and gives you the feeling of wearing nothing at all. Good fit and good thickness but the seams are quite severe and can be uncomfortable

love the feel and the cut but they are much longer than other compression tights, which means knee wrinkles!
