Third time is the charm
First off - this is not an overlay. It is a metal replacement badge. I finally got it after I ordered my third one. Amazon shows shipped and received two other times, but nothing arrived and I was not able to get through to Amazon to report it. So if you want a nice badge and not an overlay that probably slips out of amazon packaging either at the facility or in transit and are willing to pay for it multiple times, this is the badge for you.

White adhesive doesn’t look good
Comes with white adhesive which pokes out the sides and looks horrible. If it was black it might look better

Wont fit
This is a metal V6 overlay badge that is made of metal, their are raised holes with threads in them that prevent you from putting the double sided tape into the overlay badge, there's no way to mount it as an overlay on the original V6 chrome badge on my Tacoma, plus there are raised fins in the middle of the V6 even preventing farther from the double sided tape from going into the badge.
