Worth every penny, and then some!
UPDATE nearly 2 years later...While we have not been using this sauna every single day over the past (almost) 2 years, it has seen a lot of frequent use each month. We carefully keep it clean, it’s a cinch to maintain (indoors, anyhow) and it still looks fairly new. About a year ago, a cord got loose and we thought it was broken, but upon careful inspection, we found the culprit and reconnected it (I think it was somewhere at the top of the sauna, for some reason, and something very simple) - so thankfully that was an easy fix and had nothing to do with anything breaking or failing on it. It has honestly been working perfectly each and every time thus far, and I still absolutely love using it. I wanted to write a quick update for anyone considering buying this, since it has proven to be a very reliable and durable product for us for almost 2 years now. Between my husband and I, we use it at least 10-15 times a month and sometimes more - so it’s not like we’ve only used it a handful of times over this time period. We are super happy with it and the benefits it provides us, and still feel it is worth every penny! We highly recommend this product.*****Original ReviewWe ordered and put together this sauna a few weeks ago, and I use it several days a week. We are a big fan of saunas, and previously were using the portable, funny-looking foldable ones where your head pokes out at the top and there are zippered areas to free your hands. While those are convenient and economical, they still don’t compare to a sit-down sauna, in my opinion. They are certainly not as comfortable. So we were super excited to get this in and use it.First off, unless you are Hercules himself, you’re probably not going to be able to assemble this on your own. This is thick, heavy-duty wood, and while it’s not TOO difficult in theory to put together, you really need a second person around to help hold things up, etc.Speaking of being heavy-duty...yep, this is heavy. It came in 3 boxes on a pallet. We put it upstairs in our bonus room, and it took 2 of us hauling the biggest pieces up the stairs (and they are SOLID). We had to open the packages and bring it up there by hand carefully piece by piece, because there is quite a bit of glass to contend with. After it was assembled, it worked perfectly from the get-go. We had absolutely no issues with anything. Although the description says 1-2 people, this is a sauna for one person, period. Even if there were 2 tiny, petite people that could try to fit, they would be practically right on top of each other. So...nope. It’s for 1. And it does seat one person comfortably, with enough wiggle room to not feel claustrophobic.Heating the sauna up is a breeze with a touch of a button. Yes, it takes a while to warm up to the toastiest levels, but they all do. I give it a good 30-45 minutes, and it’s almost always at 138-140.While I’m in there (I like to stay in for 40-60 minutes), the temperature can vary anywhere from 134-140, but it tries to stay pretty consistent towards the 136-138 mark. The light inside of it is nice and bright for reading, and it’s nice to listen to the radio or a CD from time to time. The radio thing also has a clock on it, which I like. Most of the time, however, I am usually using my earphones, listening to music and perusing through magazines. This comes with a small magazine rack and a cup holder. We didn’t feel we needed those as there is room on the bench for them while sitting, and the water containers we normally use are bigger than what the cup holder capacity allows. You can install them anywhere in the sauna, although they tell you where they recommend them.Overall? This is super easy to operate, works pretty flawlessly, is not overly time consuming to assemble with 2+ people, and best of all, provides amazing benefits. I always feel really good and my muscles are more relaxed after my sessions, and my skin is absolutely baby soft. I’ve been a fan of saunas for years, and we’re thrilled to have one in our house that works well, looks good, and of which we can comfortably use at our leisure anytime. I simply can’t say enough good things about it, and I feel that it was worth every penny.

Great sauna!
Assembly:One person can put this together if you have a reasonable amount of strength. It took me a couple of hours, and it wasn't too difficult. It arrived on a big pallet with 3 big, heavy boxes. Make sure you have a good amount of space to unpack the boxes as they are big. There's a lot of packing materials (styrofoam, etc) so be prepared to fill up about 4 trash bags (not including the cardboard). Thin wood panels are taped to the outside of the boxes, but as far as I can tell, they aren't used for anything. The panels and door are pretty heavy, but manageable. I'd recommend gloves and a long-sleeved shirt when handling the unfinished portions (such as the top) because it is easy to get splinters and/or skin irritation, which aren't so pleasant during a sauna session. You will need a ladder for working on the roof. The glass door is held in place by wood blocks that you will need to pry off with a flat head screwdriver. If any staples are left in the wood, just pull them out with a pair of pliers. When attaching the roof cover, make sure it is centered and there is enough wood below to drive the screws in. If all else fails, you can drive the screws in at in angle. When screwing the back heater cover into the bench, the screws are a bit difficult to reach. The overall construction quality is not top-notch, but still decent enough.Usage:It takes a while to heat up to 140 F (30-45 minutes or so, but may vary in different exterior temperatures). 140 is the maximum heat that you can set, but that is plenty for me. Sometimes the interior temperature goes up to 141. Also note that since this is an infrared sauna, it is not necessary to wait for the ambient temperature to rise in order to gain the effect of the sauna, but if you are more used to traditional saunas, then you might want to wait until it heats up.The magazine rack is small, so it only holds magazines if you fold them. It does, however, hold a tablet or a manga just fine. Even so, I'm planning on mounting a larger magazine rack on the side wall. The drink holder won't accept a standard size mug, but most glasses and water bottles should be fine. For the stereo, you can connect a music player, but you will need a cable (most likely a 1/8" stereo male to male cable). The audio quality is decent.Be careful not to accidentally touch the bench heater with your legs when it is hot. There is a nice wood smell when the sauna is on.There is a control panel on the inside and outside, which is nice. There are buttons for adjusting the temperature, time, and toggling an interior/exterior light (but only the interior light button does anything).Overall:I'm very happy with this purchase, and mine will get a lot of use. I had never used an infrared sauna before, but it works great. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Seller Terrible at communicating
The sauna itself is perfect for my residence and gets almost daily use. There are multiple small issues with the sauna that were discovered during assembly. (Small missing piece of wood, radio won't secure in place, radio usb and aux does not work) I reached out to the seller and they were initially responsive instructing me to a secondary website and requesting videos and photos of the issues, which I provided. Now in my mind a small piece of wood, new radio and radio case were all I needed to make this right. But after numerous requests on Amazon and the secondary website where I communicated with "Jay" who was not helpful or responsive, my efforts over 3 months to rectify the issues in this sauna were unsuccessful. So I resorted to this review to voice my concerns. The sauna itself is amazing but the customer service is awful which concerns me if I ever encounter future issues with this item. The item has a warranty but what is that worth if I can't get these simple issues rectified in a timely matter.

I love my sauna! Overall a great purchase!
I've owned my sauna for 8 months and I love it! Everything's been great. Easy setup works great. Gets up to :40 140°. It might take 35 minutes to get there but it does and I love it! The one thing that I can say that has bugged me a little bit is I can sit through a 30-minute session at 135° and at the end of the session my feet are cold to the touch. The lowest ceramic heater sits 6 in off the ground and does not seem to warm anything up below that. 6 " I'm thinking about making a footstool And a seat stool to raise my whole body up 6 in and that would be better in fact if the company that sold them made made that as an upgrade accessory that would be perfect!
