No concrete evidence that it helps the D3 absorb better, but no issues either. :) It's small & easy to take too.This was the recommended mcg for a chick over 60, and here we are.So, leap of faith gives it 4 stars.

Can choose an essential vitamin this is third-party testing. I was using it for a couple years. It’s excellent. It also comes in 200 as well as 100.

Struggle to try to get the vitamins. You need sometimes really expensive , found these to be a good value.
