Good product.
I purchased this to make Italian sausage. I have done that and so much more. I have made breakfast sausage and chorizo just for starters. Works like a champ.

Works surprisingly well for this price
Use meat processors all the time. Usually purchase inexpensive units that last a couple of years. This one has been in use and works extremely well. My fallback is a Kitchen Aide but there is no comparison with this Heavy Duty Unit.

Should have bought this sooner - it's awesome!
I went from a hand crank to a kitchenaid attachment and finally bought this beast of a machine. It cranked through a pork shoulder like nothing. I've ground up beef for jerky and pork for sausage and it is amazing. I find myself looking for reasons to use it as it makes the job so much easier. Lots of power, great price and easy to use. Grind plates and blades make great product.
