Super cute idea!
I got this for a birthday gift for later this year. I think it is an adorable way to share the gift without having to actually have the tickets in hand (like in my case where I have the deposit paid but not the full trip yet, or if you know you are going somewhere but have not yet selected final dates). These are adorable and perfect for personalizing with a sharpie or sharpie pen!

Not Worth the Money
This item contains a single card in the design of a fake boarding pass. You fill out the name and destination and cover the destination with a scratch off sticker. Then you insert it into an envelope.Note that this is just one card, despite the item title using the plural ("cards").It is overpriced for a single card.
