Great beginner book
This Knitting Tips &Techniques book is great for those beginners and also refresher for those that need it.

Not very beginner friendly.
I’m not the knitter but my wife got very frustrated with the book. I too was frustrated with the illustrations. For a beginner it could be a struggle to comprehend what the directions are trying to show. Maybe consider another beginner’s book?

I bought this as a gift and she really likes it. She wanted to learn to knit and this kit had everything she needed.

GREAT is you "English" knit; totally useless if you knit "Continental (German)"
A very good book IF you don't knit and want to learn how using the most common style in the U.S. (English knit) Step-by-step instructions ...... which are totally useless if you knit in the Continental (also known as "German") system. I'm going to donate the book to a thrift store so someone can get some use from it. Disappointing but not surprising.

Another great book that i bought for my granddaughter. Instructions so easy to follor, plus fantastic pics to illustrate even better. I love it ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

I received my book and was quite disappointed. The ad states it is for beginners and experienced knitters alike. However I failed to see what an experienced knitter such as myself could gain from this book that an experienced knitter wouldn’t know already. If I were a beginner I’d certainly give it 5 stars. The layout is very good, images and page quality were of a high standard. As for delivery, I felt a plastic post bag ineffective in preventing the book to become bent on the corner which it did. Shipping in a rigid proper book post bag would have been more appropriate and keeping the book in good order.
