Microfiber Wash & Towel Detergent, Concentrated, 1 Gallon | Concentrated detergent deep-cleans microfiber towels, mitts and pads, lifting wax, grease and grime, orange scent

I’ve always been a big fan of chemical guys an after I found this for my microfiber rags I had to try it. This is a very good clean for the microfiber cleaner, it took out a lot of stains and old cleaners. The bottle doesn’t leak it’s a good value for the money especially if your iffy about trying it it’s worth and it doesn’t take very much to get your rags clean,

im going to start off by saying. out of all the years of buying and owning microfiber rags. i’ve never purchased a specific wash detergent for them. with that being said. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!! 5 stars for me. i have microfiber towels that probably should’ve been throw away. but this detergent brought these towels from RAGS TO RICHES. quality of the product, value for the money , works great. left the towels soft and fluffy. and they smell great i would definitely recommend and buy more.

The stuff gets the job done. Definitely cleans microfibers that haven’t been used for cleaning oil or grease however, heavier contaminated microfibers might not get clean enough after just one wash cycle. I followed the instructions on the bottle and machine wash my microfibers that I’ve used for detailing or vehicle cleaning solutions It is recommended to separate your microfibers by use for example do you want to wash your microfibers used for detailing paint separate from ones that you’re using for say maybe your wheels or tires to avoid the possibility getting debris in your paint detailing microfibers that could potentially scratch the paint. I throw them in the dryer so it dries pretty well. You’re not use dryer sheets though and make sure you follow instructions on the bottle. They smell cleaner after one wash however the scent from chemicals used on the rags lingers, which leads me to believe that maybe it’s not fully cleaning all of the chemicals out… that being said, though I still haven’t had too many issues with scratches on my paint after washing my microfiber. I just wish it was a little more bang for your buck… seems to go really quick. I always use a little bit more in the wash than it recommends just for peace of mind so that’s on me that it’s going quick but I just feel like when I use the recommended amount it just doesn’t clean as well. A bigger value bottle option at a better price would be a nice…

I prefer Chemical Guys Microfiber wash detergent over Rags To Riches. Just gets the ceramic sprays out better. Along with some Lysol Laundry Sanitizer in the softener dispenser on the washer and my towels are the softest! Cannot go wrong with Chemical Guys!

I wasn’t sure how much of a difference a dedicated microfiber detergent would make, but this one from Chemical Guys really delivered. The quality of the product is top-notch, and you can feel the difference in your towels after just one wash—they come out cleaner, softer, and way more absorbent. The cleaning ability is seriously impressive. It removes wax, polish, and grime buildup without me having to scrub or soak anything. I love that I don’t have to use much elbow grease—just toss the towels in with this detergent, and they come out like new. There’s been zero leakage from the bottle, even after a few trips back and forth from my car kit to the garage. And the longevity is great too—only a small amount is needed per load, so this bottle will definitely last a while. Bonus points for the light shine it helps restore to towels used on glass and paint—it’s subtle but noticeable. And that orange scent? Super refreshing without being overpowering.

This works great on these types of towels. Just follow the directions and don't use fabric softener

Update: This stuff is amazing!!! It doesn't take as much detergent as traditional HE detergents. Only 4 ounces for heavy loads, then 2 ounces for normal and lighter loads. I've washed microfiber towels and wax applicators, and since it's the first coat of the year; I've mostly been running heavy loads. This product is really living up to its' value when I'm able to take heavily caked towels and applicators from wax & paint sealant, and totally refresh them from a 3 hour wash cycle. It's even talking older stains on my towels and also making that chore of waxing much easier with clean towels and applicators. I don't care so much about the gloss, as much as I simply enjoy how hydrophobic my windows are that I can see better when the weather is bad... I feel pretty confident that this product will work this year (mostly complete) when it comes to automotive waxing/polishing (should've bought this sooner). Even using Tide on Microfiber towels in the heaviest wash setting doesn't guarantee that they're clean from the Rain-X, Nu-Finish, and any other product that I feel like trying on my truck because I like the water beading off my vehicle's surface and the assurance that I can see in inclement weather (feels like a waste in energy and water using the wrong detergent, lol). It's not uncommon to have family approach me and ask me to detail their vehicles for that gloss finish I have on my old truck which gets a lot of compliments and gets people to smile at me (and some will even ask if that truck is for sale, lol). What I'm mostly appreciating now is the design they put on their product to tolerate the shipping on the ice, slush, and snow that I asked the shippers to trudge through to have my stuff ready for Spring & Summer. The safety cap broke off (wasn't loved anyways, lol; everybody's an adult where I live), but the seal stayed intact along with the bottle. What comes to my mind is Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax, and the negative reputation they had in their containers in leaking from the shipping (was getting ready to order a case, but I'm holding off on that for a bit until I feel confident they have things under control on their end and after I go through a couple other products); so I ordered a different wax that had similar properties and high ratings with no negative feedback from the containers breaking from the normal demands of shipping...I have a lot of gratitude and respect to the individuals working the warehouses and logistics (finding myself there at some point), so I think it's only fair that they design containers that are forgiving to the demands of storage and shipping...

I use handwash for my microfibers towels because it is a few pieces every time. Pour a bit and after heavy scrubbing clean very well. Not good for heavily soiled towels. Can't be diluted because it will not clean well.

I wish you get a bigger container like this. Works very good in work jeans like oil, dirt some paint if it’s not too old jeans come out like new. Works great in microfibre cloths, takes out all stains, but you have to mix in 1/4 cup of hot water to about 10 cloths and let them soak for 10 mins for the stains to come out, and hand wash them. Works better than in the washer.
