Customer care is quick and responsive always there to support you through watsapp and even come on video call(google meet) to help you if need further support. The main purpose of these device for what i bought it is to unlock it from first floor so you do not need to take stairs again and again when guests comes in, but the blutooth only works when you ar very near to the gate at ground floor, wastage for me, what will i do with finger print, anyday i have key

I had 3 units of the older LA15 model from LAVNA, bought about 4 years ago. Those worked great but didn’t have the mobile app function for programming. When the new LA15 version came out with Bluetooth connectivity, mobile app control, and remote unlocking, I immediately decided to replace my old ones, and I’m glad I did! These locks are honestly the best option in the market for inside doors at this price range. They work flawlessly and look sleek and premium. The best part? If the battery runs out, you can simply connect a power bank (now USB-C port instead of Micro USB) from outside and use your fingerprint to unlock, super convenient and practical. Another great improvement is the new physical button that lets you switch to public mode with just one press, very handy and thoughtful! As a return customer, I can confidently say I trust LAVNA for their innovation, quality, and reliability. Highly recommended!

Good lock a little flimsy but works good enough

Locks are value for money and good enough for doors with low security requirement, such as safety doors. I used 2 locks that worked fine for more than a year with very heavy usage. Repairs post that were managed by the customer support reasonably well. Fingerprint recognition for some users was inconsistent. Overall a good product.

I have registered 4 family members' fingerprints, and the fingerprint sensor works quickly and accurately. The mobile app access is smooth, and the key option is a good backup. One of the best things about this lock is that it is Made in India, which makes it even better! The build quality feels premium, and installation was quite simple. However, I haven’t experienced their after-sales service yet, so I’m waiting to see how it performs in the long run, especially after 1-2 years. Overall, it’s a great smart lock with easy access and reliable security. If the after-sales service is good, this will be a perfect choice! 💯🔒

I purchased lavnas simplest lock, the lavna LA 15, that uses bluetooth to connect the app with the lock to add fingerprints. My pincode doesnt support any installation but i was able to do it with the help of a local carpenter and lavnas good customer care service. They provide video guides and even take you on video call to help you out. You just have to have a little patience. They are very willing and cooperative to even replace parts within warranty if need be. I highly recommend this company. They dont have unnecessarily high prices and are providing great customer support.
