It works and it so easy to use
It actually worked. Like many others, i was a little sceptical if this would be any good. I scrolled though the pictures and a lot didn't match. I worked out what ever way they were up loaded was the issue. I hope my two picture go in order. It is unbelievable the difference. (Top tip) I wrapped my fur baby in a blanket to keep him from fighting against me. Here is the result of the first 2 teeth. I am not doing any more so he can get used to it. I am absolutely delighted. You won't be disappointed.

Take your time and build up the trust.
There is a very minimal noise to the human ear, but I think my girl could either hear it or feel it a bit more even on the low setting.I took my time with her, rewarding her for every little bit, from just touching the tooth to a short period on the plaque itself.I used the slow setting and I didn't get huge chunks coming away. I found I could use the flat tool over the surface of the plaque and it would slowly remove a very thin layer until the tooth was revealed.I'm sure I could have turned it up to a higher strength for a quicker result but it was more important that she didn't hate it and allowed me to continue.I did find I was tempted to press into her tooth with the device in a bid to remove the plaque more quickly or in big chunks. It doesn't make any difference if you press harder and it probably makes it more uncomfortable for your dog, so try to hold off on the pressure.Does the job well, just allow your dog time to get used to it.

Take your time
After reading some reviews I was very nervous about this purchase but my dog's teeth were bad and there was no way we can afford vet dental treatment. It really does work but you have to go slowly. Spend a few days just holding it while turned off next to your dog's mouth, spend the next few days with it turned on next to your dog's face (there is a high pitch noise). Then spend a few days with it turned off but touch it to your dog's teeth so you can learn how to hold or navigate it in their mouths. When it touches the teeth it does make a loud noise which most dog's will react to so start by touching it to the teeth for a few seconds followed by lots of praise and whatever reward system you use. It's been 3 weeks and I'm now able to hold it on my dog's teeth for about 20 seconds each side. It doesn't sound like much but it has removed so much tartar from the front teeth just doing a little bit daily. I'm working up to the back teeth. If you're expecting your dog to lie still for 30minutes while you clean the whole mouth, it probably won't work. Take your time for best results. My dog is a 10 year old boxer rescue, scared of her own farts, for reference. I also saw some reviews saying the charger didn't work, make sure it is fully plugged in (sounds silly but I genuinely thought I had been duped only to find I hadn't plugged it in correctly) 😊

Recommend but subject to dog!
Great product but my dog isn’t a fan of the squeaky noise! Though it’s not hurting him, he never stays still so it’s not been easy trying to clean his teeth. Requires patience but the product is good and great options and tools to use !

Having tried lots of products, this actually works
I have several dogs and have needed an alternative to vet cleaning as one dog has heart problems. This completely cleaned all the plaque and gunge off of her teeth in one sitting. I was amazed. The down side is it makes a high pitched buzz when it touches the teeth and that is a bit disturbing for high strung dogs. It may take time to teach them it isn’t going to hurt, I have work to do with one of my dogs. It also gets quite hot at the top so it pays to use lightly ( works very well even so) and rest often. I used breaks to give a treat.Overall really happy with ease of use and effectiveness. If your dog has really dirty teeth give it a go!

My dog didn’t like it
I have a small maltese with terrible teeth. I tried this device on him and he ran in fear due to the horrible noise it makes when touching the teeth. I tried a few more times with positive environments but there was no luck. I had to return it.

This gadget is amazing!!
I wish I had taken before and after photos but I failed miserably with that as I was too busy cracking on with it! I have a very nervous greyhound who had already had 16 teeth extracted before we adopted her. She is very easily startled so this purchase was a risky buy however her remaining teeth had gone green and slimy and taking her anywhere to get them done likely to be very distressing for her so I decided to bite the bullet (!) and buy it. I started by desensitizing her touching her teeth and muzzle several times a day until she got used to it. Then I introduced the metal tools which were not up to the task of removing the sludge from her teeth but they helped further desensitize her. After another week I decided to try the gadget on a low setting. She jumped a little when it first buzzed but quickly settled and I've been able to relatively effortlessly descale all her teeth. Large chunks of plaque have dislodged to reveal lovely white teeth and her mouth is unrecognisable. Her breath smells nicer too. My plan is to continue every few weeks for maintenance but this really is a game changer.

You NEED This.
I was concerned about the build up of tartar and plaque in my 10 year old spaniel’s teeth at the back especially so after looking at many supplements I was intrigued by all of the good reviews this got.I have 2 spaniels, my 10 year old has had dental work done in the past and has also had a few teeth out so can be sensitive and does not allow me to brush at the back of her mouth when I do her teeth. She is raw fed but is also sensitive to too much bone in her diet so that’s a no go.She HATES the vets after a few too many injuries and during her annual checkup the vet suggested she was on the brink of a clean being done so I looked for alternative. This has been a game changer. There is no noise until the device makes contact with the teeth, luckily my girl is a foodie so was easily bribed. I wish I’d found this sooner, honestly, it’s a bargain for the price and what it’s saved me in vets bills! My younger dog was nervous and wriggly having his done. I’d recommend plenty of patience getting more nervous dogs to cooperate but IMO it’s been so worth it.Look no further, give it a go.
