Great value, works great

I’ve been aware of creatine to build muscle for a long time, but was never interested. Just not that kind of guy. I actually did some research about brain health and, to my surprise , found that some recent studies support it for that. It really seems to have helped clear up some brain fog I was experiencing. And, as an amazing side effect, I’m seeing the muscle growth. I’m 63 and I’ve been noticing that the same work at the gym goes without the same rewards. It’s truly seems to have turned the clock back on that. A very happy and unexpected turn in life!

Bought this because I didn’t like taking the powdered version. This is good because you don’t have to taste the powder, has good texture, easy to swallow. I started taking creatine to improve energy level as I was diagnosed with low T3 levels, which impacts your energy levels. Taking this overtime has helped me to get back into the gym and feel more energized for a little time. It works. The only downside is the serving size, takes 7 pills for 1 serving… pills have a good size. Also it says it’s pure creatine, that’s why I got this one- didn’t want anything added to it.

Product is as described. The supplements are kind of large. I usually don't have a problem swallowing pills however these are sometimes iffy. I only swallow one or two at a time. I have noticed an improvement in energy

These are a great value. I use some powder too, but these fit nicely in my daily pill box.

Bulk supplements has always been a reliable brand for supplements that are good quality for a good value. Just a few things for people before buying. This product is made from cow gelatin, so it’s not vegan. The size is fairly small and convenient for these pills (I can down all 7 without choking). They’re about 2cm long and .7 cm wide. These capsules have a weird taste and smell to them so I wouldn’t leave them in your mouth too long. It’s better than the powder tho bc I tend to gag with the feeling of the powder form of creatine. So these pills are lifesavers. They are pretty expensive compared to the powder form but I buy the 420 pack to get the most of your money. That gives you a 2 month supply or 60 servings of 5g. Just today I found a hair in the capsule which made me question their processes of getting these in their container. Hopefully it’s as sanitary and sterile as we think. Nonetheless you get what you pay for and this product is not horrible.
