Fine, but not fantastic. UPDATE 6/6/19 Great Customer Service
Can feel all of the pokes and ends of the feather quills. I feel a quality feather pillow would be softer. For the price, the pillows were fine.UPDATE BELOW:Where the pillows were not great, I did receive a follow-up email from the seller offering assistance. They have improved their manufacturing by the sounds of it. I so appreciated them reaching out, I have upped my star rating to 5. When a company is willing to make a situation better for a customer over a year later, that is a company I want to support. Thank you, Comfort Bedding!

Very small
I mis read the size, these pillows are small. Other than my American brain not understanding the metric spec, they are great pillows.

These are definitely feather pillows and not down. The quills are very noticeable when you feel the pillow and noticeable to the face if laying on it. It may be OK if you just want a decorative pillow. Might of given it 4 or 5 stars if I had cat and it liked it, but I don't have a cat.Does the pillow do what I bought it for? No, it is not sufficiently soft/comfortable.Would I buy it again? No.

Quillow not pillow
It would be more accurate to call this a "Quillow" than a pillow. You get what you pay for. Down doesn't have stiff quills, feathers do. This is more than 90% feather. So....

Provided good pillow support
I ordered 2 pillow inserts for 2 lumbar pillow cases I bought for the living. The inserts were the perfect size as the pillow was sell filled and firm but not rock hard. They did the the lumbar pillow the support it needed. The fabric used to make the pillow looked strong and new. The workmanship was professional.

Comfy and a good price.
I made covers for these as sofa cushions as a gift and my cousin loved them. The feathers can be a bit picky from time to time but that's to be expected. No strong smell of chickens either which is usually the case with pillows like this. Very satisfied with these.
