Rho Nutrition Liposomal Glutathione Liquid Supplement

Over the past 5 years, I have had to do a lot of work on my gut (leaky gut/inflammation) and overall health. I started incorporating glutathione years ago and would never go back. For a long time, I did IM injections as I have a wellness business, but I wanted to try an oral one daily as well. My favorite is actually a different brand but it is quite pricey and the flavor has changed, so I wanted to try a different one. This one popped up in my suggestions so I thought I would give it a try. I do like this product, no trouble on my stomach, easy to take, and between this and some other supplements, my energy, sleep and skin have been better over all. I didn’t take any stars away because I think it’s a wonderful product and would recommend to anyone, but I wasn’t in love with the flavor of this one either. Price point was way better though!

I think they exaggerated too much about the flavor. Yes, it is bad, but it’s a medicine… what else can you expect. Anyway for those who don’t understand what glutathione is, they think if it taste like candy it works. Wrong. Glutathione is quite difficult for the human body to absorb it, which is why it has to be liposomal otherwise you’re wasting your money taking water with sugar and at least this manufacturer shows the tests about their products. Ah that is also why they recommend to any take NAC in combination, because what your can’t absorb, can be synthesized by your body from NAC. It taste like onion, not white onion, nor purple onions or shallots. It taste like raw bad quality old yellow onions and I hate all onions. Anyway I don’t care, I swallow it fast without breathing, because I know this one works and my liver will be thankful. So I Love it.

I seriously feel this stuff is magical! I’ve been using for about two months and I swear the toxins leaving my body are helping me to not crash in the afternoons! Only downside is my urine does smell…think eating asparagus. But the plus side is only I know that and I feel like it’s proof it’s working!

Updated: I took 2 doses. Come day 3, as soon as I opened the bottle, the smell was so horrendous I couldn't do it. Im a frugal person and HATE waste. Im not wealthy and watch my spending... in the trash the bottle went!!! Absolutely GROSS!!!! Refunds should be offered!!! Or at least give a warning on the label that this isn't meant to be ingested!!! The smell and taste are unbearable! Don't know effectiveness as I've only taken 1 dose. Im not sure if I'll be able to take another-yes!! The smell and taste are THAT BAD!!

My husband swears by this stuff! Every time he takes it. He has so much more energy that day. I love it as well, and even though some of the other reviews say that it taste bad I don’t think it taste bad at all.

RHO has great marketing and effectively convince you your life will be so much better if you use their products. Taste is bad but it's not that bad if it actually helps you. I've been through four bottles. What's bad is that nothing is better for the money spent to try it. If anything my digestive tract has suffered...it comes out as rancid as it goes in. If you have blood work that shows your liver is struggling then it may be worth giving a try but otherwise don't believe the hype and just take it because you think you're doing something proactive for your health.

I was afraid to try this product because of all of the "bad taste" reviews I read first. I finally decided to give it a try, as the benefits of the supplement, coupled with the reported high quality of this liquid (as it relates to absorption), were things that are more important to me than the way it tastes. I opened the bottle with trepidation when it arrived. I brought it up to my nose for a preview of just how "horrible" it was going to be to try to choke down each morning. Good grief! THIS is what people are complaining about?!? Does it have a sulfuric smell. Yes. However, that smell is so mild as to be more like the "essence of sulfur" rather than an actual smell. I'm not crazy about the fact that the dosage is listed as "just under a teaspoon" (4 ml). This supplement is expensive for my budget, so I need it to last the 30 days they say one bottle contains. I have a couple of very small syringes around the kitchen for when I had to give my small dogs cough syrup. I pulled out one of those and measured the Glutathione to 4 ml. Easy process for exact dosage. The taste is fine. Again, the essence of sulfur. The only aftertaste for me was a pleasant lemon taste. I will update my results on the product at the end of my month with this first bottle. In the meantime, if you are worried about the taste and/or the esoteric dosage, don't be. People will complain about anything. These are non-issues for a product that has the high probability of making me feel much better, making these 2 "issues" ridiculous to even mention in a negative review.

My energy has already improved one and a half weeks in. The taste is a little foul, but if you mix well in a small glass of water to drink all in one gulp, it’s fine!
