Followed the instructions precisely but used a 8 by 6 inch Pyrex instead of an 8 x 8 for 26 minutes and the brownies turned out great! Definitely scratched the brownie itch I’ve had for months after starting AIP. I never bake and Kerry went above and beyond helping me over email. Pretty pricey but worth it for a pick me up every once in a while and you feel great afterwards unlike after a regular brownie. Great find, great company!

I have to let people know how bad this was-although I respect the effort put into this product for those of us on the AIP diet or on a highly restrictive diet, this was so gross. The smell alone was so strong-it’s a weird weed like smell maybe from the Tigernut? But the taste was so bad as well. I followed the instructions exactly, and I paid a lot for this mix so I have to warn others, it’s pretty much inedible.

Not bad. Flavor is pretty good. I am allergic to Cocoa so I added some carob chips to give it an extra "chocolate" flavor, and i love the way that turns out when i make my husband doubke chocolate brownies. Maybe that's where I went wrong? The consistently is more grainy than I expected.While it's not perfect, I've never seen any other pre mixes that uses carob and im thankful for it 🙏

I bought some not realizing that it had a fudge jelly texture to it when I made a little batch. they’ve been in my cabinet for about a year, the texture doesn’t work for me.

I have fallen in love with these products! My 1st purchase was direcly from the seller. They advertised a special offer if ordered via from Amazon so that is where I puchsed my 2nd order. Gluten and dairy free, this is the first time I'm eating brownies in a while. I can even bring brownies to events and feel confident that others will like them. Nobody realizes they are gluten & dairy free and only contain a few ingredients. You can add various things in the mix like nuts or chocolate chips. I use dark chocolate chips, dairy free, and it's been a hit all around! I have other mixes from this company but have not tried them yet.

Pricey but worth it for the occasional AIP (autoimmune protocol) treat.
