It hurts the under arms and shoulders alot! I couldn't tolerated it on me more than one hour! I even tried putting it on above my shirt, but it still is very uncomfortable and very hard to tolerate!

Relieve rounded tired shoulders and posture
Great product...Excellent quality. This really works. I sit at a computer daily and fatigue can cause poor posture. When I use this product I truly see a big improvement in my posture.

I bought this to try & improve my posture & pull my round shoulders back. I have to say it’s very comfortable to wear I bought size S/M I’m a UK size 10/12 in clothes & the size is perfect. You can see it under clothes unless you wear a completely sleeveless top. The Velcro fastening is good to adjust to size around your middle/ribcage too. Definitely recommend as it really does pull my shoulders back when I’m wearing it. It’s too early to see any improvement in posture when I’m not wearing it but I’m hoping in time I get used to my shoulders being in that position.
