Reliably good
This is my fave icing sugar because it is heavy enough that it billow out of the mixing bowl much less than other brands I've used. I don't have to sift it either so overall it's a good product that is easy to use and offers enough variety (from varying the amount used) to apply it to all bakes from cookie glaze to frosting more intricate cakes.

Does what it says...
The shops were empty at the start of the Covid-19 Virus... needed to get some for my cake baking daughter and granddaughter so got it here, price no different to shops, brought in bulk.. does what it says on the tin. Flavour...? depends what you choose to add to it, but otherwise, sweet and sticky... no good for my Diabetes but pretty on a cake in buttercream form or just plain glace icing.... Delivered promptly thanks.

The best icing sugar in the market....
Much better than the icing sugar, that is available locally in the supermarket, which gives my buttercream a very gritty texture. This sugar is smooth as talcum powder, and therefore it blends well with the butter, giving it a smooth consistency to my buttercream. Very happy with this product, and would recommend it to anyone who wants a smooth and velvety texture to their frostings. I would advise on sifting the sugar before using it on icings.

Lumpy and takes time to get it into a working consistency.
Very lumpy. Can't break up the lumps by hand. Kind of works when given a few rounds in the mixer. Adding some corn starch helps the rest of the icing sugar from clumping up.

waste of money
the sugar is from 2021 and expiry date is next month. it had turned into a hard block. had to throw it away.

Hard and Lumpy. Not a smooth powder at all.
The sugar I received was hard and lumpy. It is very difficult to work with as the lumps are hard as stone and won't break easily to form a powder. Not the kind of icing sugar one would expect. Be prepared to work with a plastic bag and hammer before you can even think of sifting these pieces of hard rubbish through a sifter. Even then, it leaves behind little pebble like hard lumps that refuse to budge under the hammer and form a powder. Think twice before buying this rubbish. After all, you can't sift rock through a sifter, can you?
