Have been training for many years so im well accustomed to protein powders. This powder by Plantigo also adds healthy extras like 17 amino acids, 11 vitamins and 8 minerals, they have the digestive enzyme stuff which is supposed to stop any bloating (yep, it does). Plus they put spirulina, alfalfa, moringa, barley grass...plus others...ohh flax seed...very impressed with the ingredients and taste is good, mixes well..in my humble opinion worth every penny. Its my second batch.. coffee is nice :))
