Holy cow are these things ever impressive. Finally a cord that is really well made and durable. Not some dinky white piece of plastic. This thing is not going to bend or break. Its really solid. Woohoo! Im sold!

I bought a different, short, right-angled USB-C cable that had terrible data transfer speeds. Bought this to replace it, and can confirm I get fast speeds. Image is roughly the same as the original Sandisk cable writing to a SanDisk 1TB Extreme with up to 1050 MB/s, read, 1,000MB/s write - so these results are pretty good.

Bought for android auto connection to wireless dingle. Just what I was after.

Bought to use in car to connect an old phone to use Waze as real time sat nav, good in the limited space available. Maybe a little bit rough at the actual connector but not an issue so far. Work fine.

It's a good braided cable, exactly what I needed. Perhaps tad on rigid side but one cannot have it all. Most useless part of the cable 8s the 90 degree socket. Not ergonomic enough to charge the phone with minimal case on. I had bought cheaper cable which also has 90 degree plug and those are much better to charge mobiles. 90 degree plug also is cases rather than shaped into a plug, it already has a slight flex so do not anticipate it will last me a year. It's been over a month now connecting my work laptop and screen and if not moved around too much is fine. If I were to make a recommendation, look elsewhere to buy something which will last so you don't have to buy another cable in near future and create wast of non recyclable garbage.

Like that old jungle tune, these are big fat and heavy. A weighty quality cable that's 3m long with a right angle connection seems to be an oddity in the 500 or so usb c cables available out there. I normally try to stick to ugreen as the quality is value for money but these seem equally so if not even slightly better quality.I have an old MacBook Pro with a usb c dock, that dock needed the long cable to be hidden away. Plugged into it is a HDMI, ethernet and another usb dock built-into my screen which has a webcam and a mic plugged into it. This works surprisingly well and gives me the nirvana of one cable on show and nothing more.
