Really bitter
Very strong, bitter tasting tea. if taste and addition of other herbs along with to bitter melon it should me very good in aiding in decrease of glycemic index. I don't like adding any sweeter to my tea and this is hard to enjoy alone.

BAM! THIS IS IT!!
If you've wanted bitter melon tea that tasted like BITTER melon, THIS IS IT! It makes the others I've tried taste like sorry also-rans. But beware, there's lots packed into each little tea bag. Brew your first cup for just a minute then remove the bag and taste. Not strong enough for you, try another minute. I found bags good for two or three cups YRMV. I am definitely buying again!
