Great if you have blisters or cracked skin on your heals
I had a blister that broke and was causing a lot of irritation on my heel. I put neosporin on it, but on this bandage, then put on some thin foam and taped it up. The only problem with this bandage is that you may need to use some tape to keep it in place. So you just tape over it with 3M medipore.

Work but…..
Work to keep heals from getting sorry in bed when sleeping on your back. Very expensive bándaid for continual wear.
