Know what you are buying before making a purchase so that you don't cry later
All the crying reviews aside. This is a well-made quality kit. It doesn't come with a controller, but it does come with everything you need, battery pack, charging dock, USB-C cable, for your current controllers. The battery lasts for 20+ hours, even more hours if vibration is turned off. This is perfectly viable for people that have jobs, life, family and friends. If you need more play time from a single charge then you're either a professional gamer or a person in severe conditions, which I share my sympathy.

Amazing product just wish I would have read it better
Yes and no Works amazing but I misread the description when I went to purchase it I thought I was getting the controller and the charger base I misread the packaging or the advertisement on here or something I was a little mad but then I got over it LOL. One suggestion for the future maybe put that in larger print and what I mean by that is controller not included in larger print that way people will know what they're getting maybe put it on there more than once.

Junk after battery goes bad
For a big company that is trying to reduce electronic waste, how is it you don’t sell or even respond to the many inquiries about where to get replacement batteries? This product is a use once case. Once the battery goes bad, you pretty much have to replace the charger too since there are no battery options for this.
