It arrived well packaged which was a plus seeing as it's glass. The clock itself is beautiful and silent. I love it ❤️ and would recommend any Monroe fans to buy.

Bought for my mum for xmas - she opened it and it doesnt work

Very nice Clock but silent.
When i initially put in a battery i didnt hear the usual ticking sound so after trying several batteries i assumed it wasnt working.......until i realised it was a silent clock. It now has a prime position on my dresser & works fine.
