at first i loved this water bottle, however after not even 2 months the bottles seal stopped working and would cause the bottle to leak and the big lid cracked allowing water to leak through that too, i hadnt used that lid at all apart from hand washing so their was no reason for it too crack.i previously owned an ello bottle for around 4 years with no issues at all apart from wear from use and i loved it!if possible i would have contacted ello for a replacement for this water bottle however i cant find a way to contact them

I purchased this bottle 3 months ago and was originally very happy with my purchase. The bottle is an adequate size, very stylish, and ultra convenient as it has a straw and straw-cover built in, with a neat locking device. It also kept my drinks cold for hours on end, but then again, so do most water bottles nowadays. Now for the issues...! After using the bottle most days for the past few months, it has unfortunately begun to leak! I can't figure out how it's happening, and as a result, I will now have to purchase a new bottle to fulfil my needs. Very disappointing! Was nice while it lasted.

I purchased this for my daughter and it is leaking a couple of months after purchasing. I do not know how to contact the company. Can you please come back to me as I understand this is supposed to have a leak proof, life long guarantee?

The bottle has the tiniest bit of flimsy plastic that holds the lid on. When this breaks (and it is a when, not an if due to how tiny and flimsy it is) it renders the bottle useless as you can no longer close the lid. I have never even put this in the dishwasher, dropped it or anything like that, it just broke. Amazon will not let me refund the product even though it is now absolutely useless. Ello also do not ship to the UK so you can’t buy replacement lids if you live here! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! I have never been so unhappy with an amazon purchase.

Preciosa botella, pero llegó sin la tapita del frente :( Así es difícil abrir (pop) la boquilla para sorber y francamente rompe el flujo de todo el diseño. Muy triste porque voy a solicitar una devolución u.u

We got this for usage in the car as it fits perfectly in the cup holder compartment. However the rubber that should prevent the water from leaking, gets shifted everytime it’s opened to be refilled. You can’t tell till it leaks. I’m just thankful we’ve always had only water in them for sweet drinks leaking anywhere is a disaster to clean up.

Edit: a few months later and I have to say I’m still quite impressed. One thing is, is that it leaked two times, and I don’t mean dripped a little- I mean the whole water bottle spilled out into my bag. I realised that it was because the white rubber piece on the inside of the cover was not in correctly. BUT- both times I had washed my water bottle earlier that day and took all the pieces apart and I guess I didn’t put it back together well enough. I think this issue should be addressed because a few things in my bag became ruined because of this spill. The reason I’m keeping my review at five stars is because it might be my fault, like I explained before, that the rubber piece was not secured.Edit #2: almost a yr later and I have to say I’m still quite impressed. One thing I noticed though was that sometimes I would be nervous to hold my water bottle by the plastic handle for fear that it would crack but I have to say that never happened . It’s a wonderful durable bottle that I feel will be able to last at least another yr and more. It obviously has some scratches and dents from a yrs worth of use but I’d definitely say it’s scratch and dent resistant, bc from t amount of times I dropped or kicked it it should not look as good as it does. The water was actually cold like it had been sitting in the fridge. That Friday I filled it about 3 quarters of the way with ice cubes.B. The metal feels of high quality. The outside of the bottle has a mostly smooth slightly bumpy - really very slightly - feel to it. It’s been in my bag when I dropped it on hard floor out of carelessness or anger and it has not even a slight dent. It’s rolled on cement floor, been kicked down, and has not a scratch. The only thing that concerns me is the cover. The cover is made of plastic and it does feel a bit thin. Not a dent or a scratch. Works as well as when I got it.COLOR:I got the bottle with the blue base and pink and orange cover and it looks exactly the same in person as it did in the picture. With all the different patterns to choose from, you’re sure to find one that you love. I’ve got so many compliments on the pastel color and overall aesthetic look of the bottle.WHAT SETS THIS BOTTLE APART FROM OTHERS:I’ll get straight to the point: it’s the cover. The cover has a unique design that cannot be compared to any other water bottle. Firstly, it has a spout, giving you the option of drinking from a straw. But you also have a chugging option because of the way the whole cover can flip up easily. Second (and this is a big one), is that because the cover can flip up easily without you having to unscrew it, it lets you fill up your water bottle with as many ice cubes as you please without having to spend 5 minutes every morning trying to screw it closed. And that’s what really sets it apart from other water bottles; the genius design of the cover.

The product is beautiful, it’ll do its job but I was surprised that it couldn’t hold any hot water.Usually with this type of material it should, shouldn’t it ?Anyway, the seller was super nice and was able to answer my question very quickly.But I’m removing one star cause the package was packed super lightly and caused a small dent on the bottom.. I’m in France and this product came from the US. A box would have been a better choice than an enveloppe..
