I'll be honest: As an audiophile, this thing is borderline insane. High quality parts, low noise and distortion, and it does EVERYTHING. What do I mean by everything? Inputs. You can basically input anything. HDMI Arc, USB, Toslink, even RCA! Easily controlled volume and mute with my TV's remote using HDMI Arc. It has a DAC, and while it's not state of the art, it produces neutral sound with no audible noise or distortion. Amplifier isn't the strongest but more than enough for most bookshelf speakers at 100 watts. If you use a Subwoofer, you'll want to set a high pass filter at which point your bookshelf speakers will have all the power they need without wasting it on sub-bass they're not built for. Ah, but how do I set a low pass? Easy! This baby comes with built in DSP! Not garbage DSP with a bass/treble knob, but fully integrated separate left and right parametric Equalizers and both gain and high pass settings for the subwoofer pre-out! DSP like this normally costs $400 or so on its own, but here we have it built into an All-In-One and it works beautifully. I could gush even more. It weights a decent amount because the power brick is built in, the connectivity is through the roof, it's solid as a rock, the app works without issue and offers tons of other streaming... Yeah, whatever. Just buy it. It's great.

Many "influencers" have tried to take shots at this impressive bit of kit from Wiim and they are just failing miserably at it. Dollar for dollar I don't know if there is better bang for the buck in the industry. Nothing. Can you do "better" with separates? Of course, but you can't do it cheaper. Whether you are grabbing the Amp Pro as an entry into your first "real" system or putting it into duty in any number of situations, you just can't do better than this. I got the urge to get out of the house and leased a small office for (photography) studio space. I got a pair of desktop speakers for some basic audio but it's just a pain having your tunes going through the same system as your desktop. When I came across the Wiim Amp Pro it was clear it was the perfect solution for my studio space - streams from everything I care about, excuse me, room correction?? Subwoofer management? Great software to stream directly from all the things with top notch processing? Unless your immediate future involves separates, just buy it right now. I agonized over speakers on a tight budget for this little project for a while. I considered doing a powered setup or maybe going with the Wiim Amp instead of the pro. I almost pulled the trigger on the usual suspects in the $400-600 range for speakers and decided I couldn't do that. So, I scored some classics for $100, Mission 731s. For a c-buck what did I have to lose? Playlist prepped and ready and I hooked these 30-year-old speakers up to do my little future-retro setup. Wow. Just, wow. I did the room correction with the 731s hooked up, there's no sub at the moment, I was debating the sub or not forever but decided to snag one but it hasn't arrived. I probably didn't need it because these 88dB sensitivity speakers just absolutely shine with the Wiim Amp Pro. Their rating is right in its sweet spot at 25 to 75 watts. I fired up my typical torture test, the ONE track I can put on that usually tells me in moments if a setup is any good - Giorgio by Moroder by Daft Punk. You just have EVERYTHING going on with this track - spoken word, electronic, bass, classical section, non-stop funk, jazz going on, Nathan East doing the Nathan East thing on bass, full-on lead guitar runs and drums. And, on top of it all, it's incredibly layered. It's a torture test for speakers that can't keep pace with all the layers going on and amps looking to run out of steam. Never happened, track sounds fantastic with this setup even though the Wiim Amp Pro is doing all the work on the bass. Just clean, quiet power throughout, perfect imaging and separation, tight detailed mids with clean and clear highs. That, and bass that no 5" woofer hooked up to a small amp has any business putting out there. All for under $500. It's absolutely insane. I have some more playing to do with this setup but just instantly out of the box with just doing the room correction and Tidal doing its thing, it was glorious. Ran through my playlist that is just all over the place from jazz to chillhop to rock to lo-fi, smooth and nuanced through it all. Hey Nineteen kicked off the list to check the imaging and it nailed it. So What from Miles was there in all its glory, every subtlety from the track that was there including the early bass that a lot of systems turn into a boomy mess. Stop reading, just buy it. Pair it with speakers that suit your style whether they're cheap or old, as long as you aren't asking too much from these with inefficient speakers I think you'll be pleased. I have more work to do to put it through its paces but at this price, I'm confident with the rating now. Just do it. ***Sub Addition Update 2025-02-26*** I scored an Atlantic Technology 162 PBM that's likely 20-25 years old to pair with my setup. It's an 8" sub with 75W as my space is small, I just wanted something tight and punchy to take the bass load off the Mission 731s and the Pro Amp. I expected it to perform better with the 731s getting more power for the mids and highs but I was really astonished by just how good it all sounds. I did the room correction with the sub included and set its crossover to the max so the Pro Amp can fully control the crossover. After some experimentation I set the sub crossover to 50Hz with the gain up halfway. I corrected the room again with this crossover set and got a great corrected curve. With the Pro Amp and 731s unencumbered by producing the low bass now this setup just got that much better. The smoothness, depth, and separation coming out of this setup belies the cost for the entire package of under $600. I fired up Giorgio by Moroder for the torture test and the sound is just so incredibly clean and detailed it's really astonishing. What's really crazy is just how realistic this setup sounds. Putting on So What by Miles Davis (3995 kbps /24-bit /192kHz on Tidal) and it's like I'm sitting in a club with Miles, Trane, and the fellas all there. The opening bass line is now even more tight and punchy. Once it transitions into Miles' first solo the shimmer of Jimmy Cobb's ride cymbal just lingers in space forever. The imaging is perfect, the treble is smooth and detailed, not at all what you would expect from cheap power. This track has a ton of dynamic range and it's all there with no choking at all and perfect transient response. I thought this would be a fun and cool cheap setup; it's far far beyond that - it's definitely in audiophile territory at a crazy price. Buy it, zero hesitation. Just get yourself some efficient speakers (there's a great selection of 731s out there if you want to go my route) and you will be amazed.

I've used a Wiim Pro for the last few years on my various systems and have never had a complaint. The device works well with my Android devices and plays natively with my iPad. Now, I've come to a stage where I need to downsize my primary rig for headphone use, so my beloved vintage amps, receivers, and mountain of speakers are headed for storage. At least I have my hoard of vinyl to dive into. I'm running the WiiM Amp's speaker outputs to a custom modded Monolith speaker switch that I have added 6.3mm terminals to to drive various HPs with independent volume control. The switch itself has a stable 5 ohm circuit, so it shouldn't put too much strain on the amp (though it is rated for your standard 8 ohm load). Set up is easy and familiar for anyone that has already used the WiiM ecosystem. For those that are just diving in, it is pretty straightforward, though you do need to add another app to your library. While there is only one RCA input on the WiiM Amp I already have a switch box in my chain to handle duties from my phono pre-amp, CD Player, Cassette, etc, so that isn't the end of the world. What I love about this unit is that I can control everything from my device: volume, basic EQ, and line source (between my RCA switch output, the Coax imput, and the built-in streamer). Whether accessing from my phone, my Samsung tablet, my Chromebook, or my iPad, I can make most adjustments without having to get up from my seat. Anyone who is into vintage gear will find this point alone both sacriligious and freeing. I've only been using this set up for the last 48 hrs since the unit arrived and I must say that the built-in EQ easily makes this a super versatile system. It's hard for someone like me who collects vintage rigs to admit that a compact, modern amp can perform toe to toe with my favorite gear from yesteryear. Granted, I haven't tried my Pioneer HPM 100s or my Klipsch La Scalas on it, but for my headphone collection: so far, so good.

This little amplifier works great. I bought it to replace my Sonos port. The Sonos used to work great as well but for some reason it starting playing low on one outdoor speaker. The constant upgrade and changes from Sonos 1 to Sonos 2 apps was frustrating and didn't work on one setup vs another( sonos play vs sonos port). Iwas going to just buy a new Sonos and redo the setup but decided on this product. System outdoors sounds great again for less than half the price of another Sonos. Only issues with the amp is that you have to do some work arounds to connect a NAS, play Sirius XM or Itunes. They all work once you get them figured out, bluetooth, airplay, static IP. Just do an internet search you'll find it. If they fix that in the ap I would give them 5 stars.

Very attractive and unobtrusive design. It's very easy to set up, though pairing the unit to my phone took a few tries. The WiiM app is required to provide the best control of the amp, especially for streaming from one's phone. Multiple EQ presets are provided in the app, and the EQ settings can also be customized. Connection to a smart TV via the provided HDMI eARC cable provides high-quality audio and allows control of the amp with the TV remote. An optical cable is also provided. A subwoofer output is provided. Audio quality is outstanding, with great channel separation and 60 watts per channel, which is more than adequate for most rooms or speaker pairs. An amazing little unit, great for almost any installation!

Amazing audiophile entry level amp. I can not rave enough about how impressed I am at the sound quality and power handling. TLDR: Power is amazing, clarity is top notch, says 120watts sounds like 1200rms. Super Impressive I replaced a rockville 2000watt amp with this one and it can reach 90% the output the rockville did and does it with such a clarity it brings a tear to my eye when listening to music I love! The low noise floor means when you speakers are powered and the volume is all the way up you will not hear at static noise coming through your speakers! The rockville pro audio amp was so noisy and had a terrible white noise at idle. This also handles the power and bass extremely well, other amps will pull the highs when bass note hits and you are constantly having to hear the highs go up and down every time there is any power actually going through the amp. Its crisp, clean, the bass notes are full and deep. All the extra features are just icing on the cake for me with the sound quality and output being top of the line. I could put this next to other amps that cost 10x-100x the price I would bet it would be hard to hear any difference. Just to test it I have 4 6x9 170watt rms speakers on one channel and 4 6x9 and two 4inch speakers on the other channel and it takes them to a loudness lvl of just below the loudest club you want to go to. I also tested it with infrasonic songs and excessive bass and it takes it all like professional amp should, where other amps would clip or glitch out when being asked to play such songs this one does it with clean clarity and smooth handling I had to write a review and even did a 30 minute youtube video on this amp. I want to make clear if you are looking at the power specs of 60-120watts and thinking its not enough power, i would say do not discount this amp. It performs every bit better than a 2000watt amp. I exclusively bought this to power two 4.5inch monitor speakers. the fact I can run 6 6x9s and 2 4inch speakers at the same time and do it with elegance is amazing. Not to mention looks of amp are great, the size is small, and it seems to not produce to much heat even when stress testing at max output with heavy bass. I will be using more of these in the future!

I think all the hype surrounding this device is warranted. About me: I have a home theater system in the basement man cave and a basic soundbar on the family room tv above the fireplace. However, our house is wired for speakers in the family room and living room (my home office). I bought a Wiim mini when it was first released and a fosi/douk amp to power a set of speakers in my office and a switch to also play in the living room. The Wiim mini was quite impressive. It received so many updates and was always rock solid. The app works well, integration with other Android apps - like spotify, tidal, etc. is pretty great. The Douk amp was simply junk and squeals all the time at 10-15khz (like having tinnitus) but I loved the Wiim mini, so I splurged on the Wiim Amp. Same app experience, all of the benefits of the mini but the sound quality, build, and design is so much better than the douk. Plus I never need to go turn on a the amp. Wiim amp sits at a low power state and will auto sense inputs and power on automatically. I'm not an audiophile, just love music. Driving a set of RP500mII bookshelf speakers and a powered subwoofer. To my ears, it sounds as good as my much more expensive receiver. I'm really happy because it's a streamer and an amp at a pretty good price. The Wiim mini will still have have it's place. What I can do is use the Wiim amp and Wiim mini together to easily create 2 zones. I can simply select the room I want the music to play via the app or home automation. Most of the inputs are covered. Hdmi, optical, rca. No coax. One thing I did not realize is that the usb port is NOT for a DAC, so you cannot connect this to a pc or mac via usb and use as a DAC. The usb port is for a usb drive with music/audio files. I already have a desktop dac, so not a big deal. I also have a NAS with my personal music collection and it's easily integrated with the Wiim app. You can also play from a PC to this device via Chromecast. The only real issue I've experienced is playback trouble with Audible. However, there was an update that fixed it. Another shortcoming is that I'd like a line out. You can play through speakers directly connected to the amp or connect to another device, like headphones, via Bluetooth. There is only a subwoofer out. Adjustable crossover makes it really nice to set up. One issue I found is that it does not auto power on my subwoofer. I think because there is no initial "pop" when you power on. Very minor, only applies at low listening volume. With the HDMI input, I can use this with my TV, but it would need to pass through a video signal and have another hdmi port to use with my computer and monitor. It does come with a voice remote that is easy to set up. Adding your 4 favorite stations is critical, then you really won't need to open the app- just power on and start those streams instantly. Overall, I'm really happy and use it daily. My friends ask about it and are generally impressed with the size, build, and sound quality. Great purchase and I'd recommend to anyone who wants a simple streaming setup. Best audio purchase I've made in a long time.

Pilot korzysta z WiFi, więc nie dość, że bateria trzyma bardzo krótko (CR2032) to jeszcze budzi to pewne obawy. U mnie gra z monitorami Q Acoustics 3020i i jest OK. Początkowo miałem problem z produktem, ale support ze strony Linkplay Technology Inc. stanął na wysokości zadania. Koniec końców kupiłbym ponownie.

Seller sent out with the seal sticker opened and crumbly already! The model sent is also much older v5 version that was in circulation early 2024! We are now at v7 with revised high layer count pcb and better cooling. Thankfully all works well, for soundbar replacement is much more powerful and musical as it drives my spare ls50 effortlessly. Wiim home app is amazing , snappy and have all the options most audio nerds needed Update: linkplay seller contacted me to find out more and explanation given sounds reasonable that logistics storage is out of their control and so offered a small token as apology.I think this shows me they care about delivering lifestyle products without the lifestyle tax to their customers and value feedback. Updated my ratings as the unit itself works perfectly

Fácil de configurar y con un sonido espectacular. Lo compré para sustituir un amplificador antiguo. La app es muy completa y práctica.

The software is amazing. You can do everything from your phone: -> easily change sources -> play tidal, spotify, ... (even without bluetooth it streams everything using wifi) -> equalizer settings are great The negative: the bluetooth OUT (not in!) of this device has a significant delay that makes moviewatching or gaming not really possible (voices are delayed like 300ms). But this might just be a bluetooth issue in general? Tip: once every app is logged in into WIIM, use the your native music app to change songs (not the one inside wimm), it works way better this way.
