If you have tailbone problems this chair is LIFE SAVING
I have severe coccyx pain and I found this chair googling around for chairs that help with it. This chair is surprisingly high quality for the price and the back has adjustable cushions that can be moved in many ways. I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because the cushions that go on your butt definitely feel like they could use more cushion. I read some reviews that say the base is flimsy and low quality but it definitely doesn't seem that way to me and I use it on carpet. It's actually kinda hard and sharp and if you aren't careful kicking it hard can hurt.

Pretty good, needs to be more adjustable
I wanted to leave a review to help anyone looking at this chair. For background and comparison sake I'll tell you I have 5 slipped disks in my thoracic spine with pinched nerves. I got this chair specifically to try and help with pain while sitting at work. I work at an office job and sit most of the day.I have been using this chair for two weeks and here are the pros and cons, as I see it, so far:Pros:1) By far the most lumbar support of any chair I've used (which has helped my back)2) Cushions seems very solid and high quality3) the split seat cushion is very comfortable and makes other chairs feel weird after sitting in this chair for a few hours4) Arm rests have a lot of adjustment points up and down4) Cool looking (I've had a lot of comments about it from coworkers)5) Pretty affordable compared to most quality office chairs6) Easy to assembleCons:1) Very disappointed at the lack of adjustment, you cannot adjust the lumbar at all and very limited adjustment of the back supports (only move side to side)2) Back supports are only connected to the chair at the base of the supports and this causes the top part (behind your shoulder blades) to move back very easily. Consequently, you feel like you're always leaning back too much (had several coworkers try it and they all felt the same). I ended up putting two stress/squishy balls behind the back supports to give them more resistance and make it sit more upright3) Seat cushion is slippery, with dress slacks on I cannot lean back at all or I slip forward on the chairOverall, I would say if cost is a big factor then go with this chair and modify the back like I did. If you have deeper pockets (or your company is buying it) then probably go with something else that offers more adjustments.Good luck!

Best Chair you'll find but has too many issues to give it high stars
Pros:Great chair, comfortableCons:- Bad base, the base is held together with plastic, if you're on carpet it will give too much resistance. Replacing it with a solid metal base was a great upgrade but you'll need the largest base so it doesn't tip over.- Leg rest is badly designed and broke after 1 year- The screwing of the back rest onto the base is also not stable and needs regular tightening, it also seems to have bent over time. Disappointing- The head rest is just high enough to be comfortable leaning back but not sitting upright. I'm only 6'1 so not the perfect option for tall individuals but not the worst
