Even helping my nails?
I've been taking these in preparation of freezing my eggs as I undergo IVF. My vitamin D is back to normal (it was reading as quite low when I began this journey). And this could be a coincidence, but my nails haven't broken. I have awful nails that peel, split, break, you name it. For some reason, since I started these they look amazing! Think I'll keep them up once this cycle is over.
