I really like this Steamer. It heats up fast and starts steaming in less than a minute. The steam is strong and takes wrinkles out quickly. I used it on all kinds of clothes and it did a good job (we have a small clothing store). The big water tank lasts a long time before needing a refill. It’s easy to move around and doesn’t take much space. Another good feature is that it shuts off automatically when it's out of water.

When I first put this steamer together I thought, “wow! This looks like a powerhouse machine”. I bought some distilled water to fill the large water tank so I was ready . However, what a disappointment this machine was. The amount of steam that came out was laughable. I was trying to steam a dress that took me forever to get some simple creases out. After a while, I gave up on steam pressing this dress and tried one of my curtains that needed the creases steam out. Again, disaster! The machine gurgles and gurgles and the hose gets hot so you feel that at any moment you’re going to get a big burst of steam…but nothing. This machine was expensive but does not live up to the hype or appearance. I have purchased less expensive steamers in the past that would put this machine to shame. I’m returning this disappointment for sure and going to shop for another one. This time I won’t be dazzled by only the appearance. Lesson learned!

I had to get a new steamer as the one I had for years died. I was overwhelmed with all the different steamers available and read many many reviews and I decided on this one. I’m glad I did. I have been using it for a bit over a month now. The max button really gets hot and gets the tough wrinkles out. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hose gets quite hot to the touch! Do not grab it!!! You will regret it!!! My old steamers hose was insulated much better and never got hot or even warm. Other than the hose getting hot I really like this steamer. Water tank holds a good amount. It’s easy to move. It performs as a steamer should. It will also come with a 3 year warranty which I like since this was an investment. It’s nice looking. I’m happy.

Bought this steamer in oct, at first it worked good, not as strong as I would prefer but it has a switch to make the steam a bit stronger. Needed for denim and harder materials. Its not loud. Its a decent size not to big. But after 6 months it just shut off and won't steam. I never used any other water besides distilled and followed all the instructions. Im out of my return option, so now I have to purchase another steamer. Won't be this one again. Not sure if its worth the money. Maybe they should advertise temporary steamer

There are 4 wheels that help it move around your floor easily, 2 small ones at the front and 2 large ones at the back. There is a large 2.4L capacity water tank at the rear that you need to fill with water. It is best to use distilled water, though you can use regular tap water if you want to. You attach a hose and the hose will dispense hot steam for use in conjunction with your articles of clothing. The hose feels very strong and durable. There are 6 output holes which are used as outlets for the steam to create an even ironing area. It does not take very long for the water to heat up, it should be ready in under a minute. You will find that the steamer is also able to cool down a lot quicker than a traditional iron would.You can use this on other items apart from clothing; it can be used on drapes, bed linens, tablecloths or upholstery. You may even find that when you are using the steam on your clothing it helps to relax the fibers and can expand clothing that has previously shrunken down in the wash.There is a pole included that you attach to the unit which offers a place to hang your clothing while you are steaming it. The pole is adjustable. Of course, you can hang your clothes on your own hooks if you want. The hanger which is placed at the end of the pole is able to collapse or expand when you need it. You can also use the holder at top of the hanger as a place to hold the steam nozzle.I find this method of removing wrinkles is a lot easier and safer than using an iron and ironing board. If you are someone who dislikes using an iron, you may find that the steaming method is a lot more fun and easy to incorporate into your routine. Using a steamer requires less maneuvering and movement, your garment remains stationary on a hanger and you can move the steamer around it to remove wrinkles. Once you get used to using a steamer, you may not want to go back to the traditional methods of wrinkle removal.
