Honestly more comfortable than the one the dentist sells for $600. I have tmj and I made myself one of these rather than buying a $5,000 splint from a specialist I couldn't afford. It lasted me around five years before I finally bit through it. I rebought this same product and made myself another one day, terrified I'd never be able to replace the one that had worked so well for me, and after a couple attempts, I made a brand new one just like my old one. This is a wonderful product. I use it on my bottom teeth because I find that more comfortable. The best part is the thickness and the fact it molds to your upper and lower teeth so you can rest your jaw in a comfortable position. I haven't gone a night without this night guard in years and I don't plan to.

Super easy to mold to my teeth! My jaw hurts way less when I wake up because it prevents the grinding, after trimming it there no excessive saliva production and I love that it brings several! I’d love to say I’ll buy again but with the extra ones it brings I feel like I don’t have to! And that’s the goal! I will for sure though be recommending these to everyone who needs it!

ConfiDental - please hire some experience designers (UX) or at least try out the instructions you create before you distribute your product to thousands of people. You have no idea how inconvenient your QR code experience is apparently.When a customer like myself uses our phone to scan a QR code, we expect a video to start playing because, no suprise, that is what your instructions said the QR code would do. NOT a prompt to download Facebook Messenger from the Google store, which requires us to set up a Messenger PIN number and a bunch of other onboarding slowdowns just to watch a video. And even after I did this (cursing the entire way out of frustration), I STILL did not get the video, just some AI chatbot that finally sent me the video.And the video was hosted on YouTube! Why not just have the QR code go to YouTube first? Is this some sort of trick to force me to connect to your social media network? Sure feels that way.Why could you just print out these instructions using images or illustrations that emulate the video example???Decent product, horrible 1st customer experience.I am sorry that an otherwise good physical product gets a one star from me but the video link was so frustrating I feel compelled to do so.Now I need to go un-install FB messenger because I DON"T want this on my device!

I recently purchased The ConfiDental Mouth Guard due to grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw in my sleep as a result of high levels of stress. For months now, when I wake up my teeth (mainly the molars on the left side) would be burning hot from the friction. My jaw hinges would be so sore when I woke up that I would have to apply a heating pad to each jaw joint for at least 15 minutes before the pain would slightly subside. Finally I said to myself, "You have to do something about this!" So, I did a little research and decided on wearing a mouth guard at night. As soon as I received my order, I was contacted by The ConfiDental customer support who provided me with a very detailed step by step video on how to mold the mouth guard to fit, offered to analyze the mouth guard for accurate fit after I had molded it and offered to answer any questions that I may have. After I molded the mouth guard I sent pictures of it to customer support and my representative walked me through every step to achieve the perfect fit after molding- by slightly trimming the inner portion that lies against the roof of the mouth. I was also provided further thorough and caring customer support by being offered a next day consult after my first night wearing the mouth guard. I wore it for the first time last night and I woke up this morning with Zero fire teeth (lol) and such minimal discomfort in my jaw joints that I messaged the success of the mouth guard to customer service before I even got out of bed! I received a response from Liam with customer service within minutes and described my first night experience. Of course sleeping with something in your mouth for the first time is going to be a little awkward and when I explained that, I was given helpful tips on how to acclimate for even further success with The ConfiDental Mouth Guard. This product is amazing! The customer service is unparalleled! They really want the best for their customers and give the kind of patient, hand in hand support that lets you know that they genuinely care about their product doing it's best for you. It took me a few tries to find a mouth guard from this set that I could comfortably sleep in. I was used to a thinner tray, and these have more material, which took some getting used to. That said, after a bit of trial and error, I finally found one that fits well and stays in place through the night. If you're new to thicker guards, give it some time—they can work once you find the right fit.

I chipped my teeth from grinding them and had temporary crowns put on. I needed a night guard immediately and found this product. I was expecting some ill fitting mouthpiece, but found the best mouthguard ever! No issues with the fit and I sleep great with it! I’m not getting the one from the dentist office because this fits so well and is easy to form when I get my permanent crowns! The video explains it all. Then the customer service checks on you to make sure you didn’t have any problems fitting the guard. I have sent this link to everyone I know. The best mouthguard ever!
