Can voles eat and tunnel through this material?

I would think so. After over 50 years of property maintenance this is the cheapest ground cover I have ever seen. I would not waste my money on it. As the seller told me if you wanted higher quality material you should have bought higher quality ground cover. You get what you pay for. I will be buying from a different company next year.

The landscape fabric is not biodegraded.

What about under landscaping rock, will it hold up?

I have some that's been in service 10 years
