Working well so far. The red light that shows up on the box is actually just there to show it has power. It's not like the original XBox unit that has different lights for errors. My nephew has given it the endurance test by leaving my Xbox on for about 40 hours without me knowing about it, so all is well on that front. It's far quieter than my older dying unit.The negative reviews almost made me not buy this unit, but it's doing really well so far

Perfect replacement item, exactly what I needed for my Xbox 360.

This power supply works. Came in a generic white box with instructions and nothing else. I noticed right away it’s a good amount lighter than the factory one - which when it comes to power supplies is generally a indicator of quality. Powers on my console just fine though, but is kinda loud. Can definitely hear it over the console. Gets the job done and is cheap so expectations have to be set accordingly. We’ll see how long it lasts.
