I got no effect from this product, concentrations are far too low to be effective at the gym. I would need to eat 15 gummies (5 gummies per serving) for this to be somewhat effective as a preworkout powder without caffeine. The reason why this is given a 1 star is because this isn’t a true preworkout product.

120 gummies. Serving size 5 gummies... That equals 24 servings. Why does the can say 30? Feel like someone owes me 30 gummies!
