I’ve been using this hot and cold ice pack and overall it is a useful product for everyday pain relief and muscle soreness. The cold therapy works well and the pack is flexible and easy to place on areas like the knee, shoulder or back. It is also convenient that the same pack can be reused. The quality feels decent for the price, although I feel the durability could be better. I would also recommend following the heating instructions carefully rather than overheating it. Overall, a practical product to keep at home, especially for occasional cold therapy. Good value for money, but don’t expect premium-level durability.

The hot and cold gel pack is comfortable and easy to use and is of appropriate size. I bought the two pack option, one for hot pack and the other is kept in the freezer. It stays hot/cold for a long time.

It is fairly small so two are needed for a knee for example. I like that it is rather flat so you can put it around joints. On the minus side, it gets really hard and stiff when frozen so you have to wait to use Good gel pads stay completely flexible even frozen
