Perfect flare tool
I bought these to double flare my brake lines and I can honestly say for the first time In my life this tool help me make double flare on all my brake lines looks like I knew what I was doing . Tool worked perfectly the directio s were less than helpful but a couple of YouTube videos had me straight and making perfect flares.

It's easier than you think!
I picked this up at my Amazon locker and within an hour the propane leak on my RV was fixed. I followed instructions and this kit even included the tubing cutter. Super value for the price! It was like, loosen, cut, slide new nut on, flare, and tighten. Easy as pie! I worried about the repair for about 3x the time it took me to actually do it. Go figure.

Fiddly, but functional
I broke a brake line on my 1999 Honda CRV which uses M10x1.0 fittings and utilize a double flange, meaning I can not just buy a brake line at a parts store and bend it into shape. I had to make my own line from scratch. This unit lacks in-depth instructions but since I have watched several videos on how these work, I was able to make a proper double flange on my 4th and 5th attempt. The first 3 were intentionally for practice, while the last two were the ones that are now working perfectly on the car! For the little bit of money, I have to say that this is a great value, and if you are using it just occasionally, I would say that the durability and build quality are much more than adequate. Overall, I am very pleased. Just be sure to watch some videos, be patient, and practice first on some short scrap pieces of line.

Works. But theres better.
Hard to clamp down tight enough. Not the best for getting the double flare. Future me would say spend the money and get the nicer tool but this does work as intended for the price. Complete kit

Good for price.
Works well for the price and what it is. Fits many sizes of brake lines, and it handled 3/16 lines just fine. Great value for the money, would recommend for a garage mechanic.
