Purchased for my 10 year old daughter and I to have an activity to do this summer. All parts were there and packaged really nicely. Only things extra that I needed were a pair of scissors and an exacto knife. Took us about an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours to complete. This was my first time. Love how it turned out. Only thing I didn't like was how the straw fits on top, it doesn't fit tightly and leans. Definitely recommend even for a beginner. Looking forward to buying another kit.

Excellent project for a 10 year old girl to do independently. Enjoyed getting pictures/video updates from my niece as she put it together!

This was the first model set I have done. It took me about 3 hours. The instructions are easy to follow, and it was very easy to complete. I want do all of these in the future!

Adorable however the slots that you're supposed to slide pieces in are sometimes too small and makes it hard to actually piece together. Maybe it's a newbie thing but otherwise it's adorable.

This was so cute!! My 11 year old daughter put this together in one night. The glue it comes with is not great, but it works I guess. This was fun for her to do by herself and display it in her room. Once it’s put together is a little flimsy but as long as it’s just displayed somewhere it’s perfect! She really enjoyed putting this together and was so excited with the final result. Excellent craft!

All plastic construction, which is very different from the all-wood 1:24 scale houses. Very user friendly to put together and instructions were clear & concise. Love the fact each baggie has a number and a corresponding instruction page.

I had high hopes for this kit. It's not cheap as it is a $30 kit. The building is less than 16 cm in height. The house itself is cute and mostly enjoyable to put together. I've put together several kits, so I'm not a total newbie at this point.I should have checked to ensure I had all of the items, but I did not have the back panel (the bare wood picture). There needs to be qc to ensure a complete set. Also the building does not fit neatly into the base. As you can see in the picture there is a gap between the base and the bottom of the building making it look bad overall and detracting from the overall aesthetic. It only sat completely into one of the for slots in the base. This is unfortunate and unacceptable in a higher costing kit. The other thing is the present/gift graphic with the UPC on it. Why? It's already on the box of the kit. Again this detracts from the aesthetic.Overall the quality is not acceptable in my kit.

This was such a hit with my 10 year old daughter! She was able to do it herself after a little help from me. It is sturdy, had great stickers, accessories, fun details, clear instructions, and included very detailed sheets that laid out which pieces were going to be used during each step (likely in case they popped the pieces all out before realizing they needed to wait). It also had everything included that you'd need to build it. It was the perfect size to put up on a shelf in my daughter's room. Great value for the money and I would definitely use this company for many more to come!
