My new absolute favorite cleanser. I have acne-prone skin, especially hormonal-acne. This cleanser feels like it really strips away the oil and grime, and leaves my skin feeling fresh and hydrated, never stripped. I've noticed a distinct improvement in my acne since starting this product. I love the smell and the texture as well.

Very nice face wash and the only one that I’ve tried so far that keeps my skin soft and not tight and dry. I’m a fan!

I don't always take the time to write reviews, but when a product delivers beyond my expectation I do. Firstly, this leaves my face clean and refreshed as mentioned in the headline "dewy", not dry and cracking (because the moisture has been stripped away). Secondly, the value and quality of this cleanser as compared to similar products that cost much more, really, why pay more? Thirdly, the consistency of this facial cleanser and ease of dispensing fits how I wash my face and lastly, the smell is (for me personally) delightful and enticing. It is a joy to wash my face with Balance Me facial wash. Love it!

I hate the smell, but love that it's fragrance free, it takes all my makeup off in one wash. I love it.

I like this product line but the prices go up too frequently. It is now too pricey. I am looking for an alternative.

I LOVE this face wash. I have tried all of the face washes under the sun that are labeled as being good for dry, sensitive skin (cetaphil, cerave, neutrogena, Kate Somerville, ren, inkey list, Tatcha, drink elephant, the list goes on…. These all left my skin feeling so dry and taught and stripped of moisture. I came upon this face wash by chance and I’m so grateful to have found it!!! It’s literally the only face wash that leaves my skin feeling GOOD after washing. hydrated, clean, nourished. I wish I’d found this sooner and do wonder why it isn’t marketed as much in the US and why it isn’t more widely available. It really needs to! It’s so effective and has a great price point. Pls don’t change the formula and keep developing more products!!!

I cannot express how much I love the Balance Me products. They are so gentle on my face and it feels so smooth and clean and soft after using it. I have thrown away all other face washes and I am on the process of converting all my facial care products to Balance Me products.

I recieved a sample of the congested skin serum from ipsy and fell inlove. I saw this and needed new face wash so went ahead and purchased. I've never really been acne prone only one or two during my lady time of the month but nothing crazy. However I around the time I started using this product I started getting HORRIBLE hormonal breakouts and could not figure out why, few months passed and still kept happening. I'd clear it up but every day I'd wake up to more clusters. I ended up spending so much money on other products to try and get rid of it and then I started to just give up. Less and less I stopped washing my wash at night because It was like...well it can't get worse. Until I realized the nights I didn't wash my wash I wouldn't wake up with the clusters. Then it occurred to me, it could be the face wash and sure as shit I started using a different one and acne/ hormonal clusters vanished. I threw the balance me bottle away. Idk if I recieved an expired batch or maybe it just didn't work for me. I can say though I'll never purchase this again and I'm pretty pissed off that my months of suffering was caused by this. I see so many good reviews so it was hard to believe this was the issue for me but I can say my entire face has been clear for 6 weeks, the entire length of time I've stopped using this product.

Amazing face wash. My skin is pretty sensitive but this doesnt cause it any problems . The scent is lovely and it leaves my skin looking, cleaner, clearer and softer than anything else ive ever used.

I've tried many cleansers at different price points and always come back to this. It doesn't strip my skin or disrupt my skin barrier, and it does the job at actually cleaning my skin effectively.

I absolutely love the smell of this and my face feels squeaky clean afterwards, so soft and fresh. Ive suffered with bad mascne and this has really helped. Balance me are such beautiful products, I wouldnt choose another skincare brand now, perfect for my super sensitive skin
