Red light therapy at home!
Item: Red Light Therapy Belt, Near Infrared & Red Light Therapy Wrap for Body Red Light with TimerI recently purchased the Red Light Therapy Belt, for both pain relief and muscle relaxation. The device combines the benefits of deep 660nm red light and near-infrared 850nm light, creating an optimal wavelength for targeted treatment. With 126 lamp beads emitting red and near-infrared light at a 1:2 ratio, this therapy belt is designed to stimulate cell repair, promote deep skin beauty care, and eliminate wrinkles. One of the standout features of this therapy belt is its versatility in red light modes. With three working modes (P1 steady light, P2 10HZ Exclusive Pulse, and P3 40HZ Exclusive Pulse), users can customize their experience based on preference and comfort. The Exclusive Pulse Mode, in particular, reduces tissue heating, providing a considerate choice for those sensitive to higher energy levels. The user-friendly design of the device includes a built-in timer, visible on the screen when the device is powered on. Users can easily set their preferred session duration, with options ranging from 5 to 30 minutes in 5-minute segments. The ability to end a session early with a simple press of the power button adds to the overall convenience. What sets this therapy belt apart is its accessibility for home use, saving both time and money. In the past, red light therapy was confined to expensive salons, but thanks to high-powered, energy-efficient, and affordable LEDs, the same benefits can now be achieved in the comfort of one's home. Measuring at 51.18" x 6.97", this portable device offers a convenient solution for those seeking to improve their overall well-being.I love that the instruction manual included is clear, concise and well written. A convenient table is included to help guide the user to the best results for the users goals, for example, for carpal tunnel use for 20 minutes 5 to 7 times a week. For wound healing, use 3 times a week for 10 minutes. For fat loss, 20 minutes 5 to 7 times a week. The only downfall I see to this product is that it does smell like rubber. It's significant. It's annoying. It's smelly. Hopefully after more use, the smell will fade. The Red Light Therapy Belt with its powerful combination of deep red and near-infrared light, adjustable modes, user-friendly design, and home accessibility, stands out as an effective and convenient solution for pain relief, muscle relaxation, and skin rejuvenation. Incorporating 1-2 sessions of 10-20 minutes into your daily routine can make a significant difference in enhancing your overall body condition.Made in China.

Very Good Heat and Light Wrap
This is a great option for those looking for something more than just a heating pad for your back or other joint areas. The belt is easy to put on and it has several settings for light and heat intensity that makes it a very flexible option for most. The instruction book is limited and not clearly written but fortunately the controls are somewhat intuitive. I did find that the belt is a little but long for me so there is extra length when wrapping it around my back. There is a very intense and steady red/infrared light output that is noted and this is supposed to add additional benefit to the heating provided. It is hard to tell how much additional benefit is provided but I do feel that this has been more effective than the regular heating pad I was using previously. The wrap does not come with a separate battery pack so I currently have to sit somewhere near an outlet with the cord being long enough in most situations. I assume you can use a generic usb power bank for extra portability (comes with USB-A cord as alternate power source). Overall a good choice for most who need a heating pad with the added benefit of red light therapy.

Helpful on My Hip
I have several pain issues and my right hip is the leader of them. I got this to see about some help for that. The product is made well, wide and long enough for versatility, easy to charge, holds a charge, and obviously portable. The control mechanism is good, and the settings and timers all work.I know a lot about red light therapy and was happy to try this on my hip. I had been informed a long time ago by my then physical therapist and had used some smaller products mainly geared towards beauty and had some kind of results with them and figured I'd give this s try. It was fully charged and I draped it over my hip and tucked it in around the bottom of my other hip. I did three 15-minute sessions a day for about three days and though impossible to remove such pain it did allow me to move about somewhat more freely and that's a win for me, I continue to use it there and other pain areas.Happy to recommend.

As a big guy...I'm impressed!
I got this initially for my wife (a nurse) and she loves it. But I decided to give it a try as well because I end up with a decent bit of mid back pain from lots of time either in my truck or at a desk. And this thing actually fit around my chest. For context I'm a size 48 dress coat, 6'1" 270lbs and this thing went around and had enough room to velcro shut and light up my back. Not only did it fit well (not like barely holding on) but it also worked extremely well to help with pain relief. The versatility of this belt, having 5 levels of intensity and multiple timers you can set is absolutely amazing. There's also a great guide to help you gauge the temperature you'll feel when selecting intensity.I'll be interested to see how this works for fat loss; since it mentions that is another potential benefit (i.e. using it on your belly).

Too wide and inflexible
This light therapy belt appears to be good quality but it doesn't conform to your body where the lights are. The belt is 7.5" wide and has a thick piece of flexible plastic over the lights that doesn't conform to your body. I put it around my lower back and when I sat down it rode up into my ribs and was really uncomfortable. (I'm 5'8" so the digging into my ribs isn't because I'm short.) The timer doesn't have any sound, so you won't know when it's done unless you are watching it. I also didn't pay attention to the small print that said the power bank wasn't included which may have made this belt more tolerable but doubtful because the light area doesn't give. -- Also, if the light area is plastic so when it is against your skin it causes that area to really sweat. Maybe you might like this, but I don't.
