This caffeine gum is great for road-trips, camping, or even a pre-workout boost. It has 100mg of caffeine in each piece which is comparable to a cup of coffee. The gum caffeine is absorbed through the mouth (like chewing tobacco does) so you feel the caffeine kick in within 10 minutes. First thing to know is the flavor is okay. The flavoring goes away in about 2 minutes. After the initial flavoring is gone, it has a weird after taste. I usually spit out the gum after 5-10 minutes of chewing. A HUGE upside to this caffeine gum is it does not make me pee like coffee or energy drinks do. This is perfect for car rides when I don’t want to stop frequently.

Tastes just like normal gum, while providing you with a nice energy boost. I have been dealing with stomach issues, so finding new ways to consume caffeine has been a part of that journey. I find this to be the easiest on my stomach. There are MANY energy gums out there. Run Gum by Nick Symmonds is a very popular name brand, but it 1.) Lacks quality and taste (truly not good) 2.) WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. You pay $1.50 per 100mg of Caffeine with Run Gum. Whereas you pay $.25 per 100mg of caffeine for MEG gum. If you are in the market for energy gum, there is truly no other option. Look no further!

The initial taste is somewhat bitter because of the caffeine but the energy hits you like a freight train. It’s not one of those gums you want to chew long as it’s not that great of a chew but if you need energy fast, it’ll do the job. Taste doesn’t last long and neither does the hardness of the gum.

Sometimes you want caffeine but don't want to take a drink. Here's your buddy. Yeah, it tastes pretty bad (and this is the flavor that everyone says is the best of them!) but it'll give you the jolt you need without having to deal with liquids. Pricey, but . . . sometimes it's what you need, and it beats taking caffeine pills.

I have purchased this product for a long time and used to love it. When MEG changed their packaging, it seems like they also changed the arctic mint flavor and now it tastes awful. Bring back the old flavor!!!

While I prefer my caffeine delivered in coffee form, this gum worked well for me on long,14+ hr drives (not professional). I'm not a gum person but it saved me from taking bio breaks otherwise required for coffee. I start the drive with a large mug of coffee, then switch when empty and a boost is needed. The artic mint retained enough flavor to keep me chewing on it for hours, to also keep me occupied, though the boost comes early. I avoid nicotine pouches as I'm sure I would become hooked (as is my active duty son, who won't even try the gum at this point).

Taste terrible! But would still recommend...

Really helps me focus and keeps me awake and alert. However this comes with some side effects, having 3 will send you to stomach ache land. Having one won’t do anything and 2 the same. Ran out before I could test more, if i was you i would do 2 and a half pieces every day that you want to use it
