Nice and fancy
Works great and a nice little package. The casing and handle have a nice feel to them, and the bristle interior feels fancy and holds the needles firmly in place while it's stored. Sure, you could use a chopstick or toothpick instead to smooth out your grind, but this is better. It's cheap enough that I definitely recommend.

Great Tool!
I just found out about these WDT tools recently, even though I've been making my own home cappuccinos on a Rancilio Silvia for 19 years. It's a great little tool, and I believe I can taste a difference in using it. After reading up on them, how they work and general info about them, I decided I wanted one with very fine .35 pins, and a good quality metal with a stand-up case rather that one of the larger stands that holds the device in a suspended position. This one is a heavy, solid metal and the pins are very fine. You can insert 10 pins or fewer if you wish, but I put in all 10 and it works well that way. In addition, included is a little tube that holds 10 extra pins to use as replacement pins when/if needed. The pins are so very fine they could obviously break easily, yet if you are careful I doubt they will break. But it's nice to have replacements. This holder has a brush of some sort tucked into the bottom, and when you put the top part back into the holder after use the brushes clean off any coffee that may be clinging to the pins. After using the device the first time, I noticed that almost no coffee was clinging to the pins anyway so the brush won't have a lot of work to do. The brush itself can also be removed if you want to clean it at some point or shake off any coffee grounds that have collected on the bristles. I like the black color, and it's a small and sleek device that doesn't take much room to store. I think it's a worthwhile purchase if you are a serious espresso maker, and this device is clearly of very high quality. Recommended!

Impressed
I rarely give 5 star reviews. This product deserves it. A lot of thought has gone into the design. First, the material of it is quite good, metal. It has a contoured and knurled top for ease of use and good grip without being "grippy". The recepticle has little brushes inside which I think is unique to this product. Will those brushes created a problem in the future? I don't know. But there must be a way to clean out the coffee dust at some point. An air blower? Until now I had been using a home-made WDT with acupuncuture needles drilled into a cork. When I used the Nessus WTD I could immediately feel a difference as I stirred the grounds. While I have only made two double-shots so far, there was noticeably less channeling that I had before (I use a bottomless portafilter exclusively). Actually I had no channeling, but initially two streams that mergedi into one in about 3 seconds, so pretty good compared to what I had before. Nothing much more to say except the price was quite good compared to other WDT's. Even though I haven't used this product more than a few times, I can, at least at first blush, recommend it.
