Constipation saver
Long read, but I will try to give details of my entire experience and Emma. I was prescribed an antidepressant 6 years ago that started by issue with constipation. After getting off the antidepressant within 18 months the issue with frequency of having a bowel movement still remained. For the past 5 years I've experienced severe constipation where I would have bowel movements on an average of every 4 days. They were very painful movements with bloody irritated hemriods. When I felt the urge there was 10 to 15 minutes to find a bathroom before the pain would be intolerable and the bowel movement was going to happen. I always said it felt like the caboose was pushing the train. After a few years I thought it was in my best interest to get a colonoscopy done since there was continuous streaks of blood in the stool. Gastrointestinal doctor said everything looked good and a I had a couple hemriods that were no big deal. I did share my experiences over the last few years and he prescribed me a medichine that emptied me out within 4 to 5 hours, but atleast I had control over when to go, which helped out slightly but didnt by no means fix the problem. A few more years past and over the last 2 months I'm now experiencing stomach bloating, burping, constant nausea, lack of appetite, overall entire stomach discomfort and still having my constipation issues. Added onto all of this I was diagnosed with a belly button and ingunial hernia. In the mean time the nausea was increasing in frequency and almost became constant with the 4 day painful bowel movement. As I waited to make an appointment with a specialist I researched high and low throughout the internet to find out was wrong with me. Did the lack of bowel movements have anything to do with the nausea or the hernia? Somehow I stumbled on many different digestive supplements websites, but the one that caught my eye was for Emma. Good bacteria vs bad bacteria, lubricating the colon for more frequent movements. It all sounded good, but I was skeptical that it was an advertisement preying on those who would be willing to try anything to feel better. I did notice there was close to 7k reviews on Amazon with mostly positive reviews so I made the purchase of two bottles. The next day I receive the shipment and Im eager to start taking the Emma supplement. However my nausea was pretty bad and they recommend taking with your biggest meal of the day. When your nauseous you have a difficult time drinking water. I found a way to eat a protein bar and a yogurt with two pills of Emma. Now for the first 4 days of taking Emma my stomach gargled, excessively burping and felt so so nauseous. The package did warn that for 2 to 4 days stomach bloating and discomfort could become worst before it gets better. Now on day 5, I did feel a positive difference in feeling was less nauseous. Unfortunately I had hernia surgery scheduled for the following week and was directed to stop taking Emma immediately. Just days prior to surgery I did have a bowel movement within 2 days and 1 day later in the hospital which was the day of surgery. Keep in mind that prior to purching Emma I had two key issues. 1. Chronic painful constipation for 5 years. 2. Recent stomach bloating, burbing, stomach gargling and constant nausea. After hernia surgery I've now taken Emma 2 pills a day for exactly 2 weeks and I will break down my findings for me personally. Stool movement/constipation: There was first some hope of Emma helping my constipation issues prior to surgery even when not taking for 7 days leading into the surgery. So after surgery it took about a week before bowel movements started to become more frequent, way less painful and every 2 days. Over the last week I've gone back to back days and even went twice yesterday! All painless stool movements that I haven't seen in over 5 years. I honestly can't believe how this has helped me, Im so so very thankful. Bloating/Nausea: I'm currently scheduled for endoscopy and MRI this week in an attempt to figure out why I'm constantly feeling miserable. With that in mind I'm not sure if its good vs bad bacteria that is causing my stomach issues or if Emma could even help my situations. I haven't really changed up my diet and maybe if I did with Emma I would benifit. Overall stool frequency and movements is a life saver and I would highly recommend! I will update after test results and give updates on Emma. Definitely purchase!

This product erased years of misery
You have to try it and stick with it for a while, if you're in a bad situation like I was. I had severe constipation for over 50 years (I was born with the problem). Nothing I tried worked. Then I tried this as pretty much a last resort. It didn't work either but I stuck with it because I'd purchased several bottles at once to get a better price. And finally it DID work. The suffering stopped (mostly...you still should watch your diet). I think too many people give up too soon. This kind of thing doesn't clear up right away. I've been on it for years. I hope this product remains on the market!

Gentle on my stomach, real results
I've noticed a real difference since starting Emma. My bowel movements are way more regular now, which honestly used to be hit or miss for me before. I've also felt a lot less bloated and gassy, especially in the evenings after eating, which used to be my worst time of day. As a bonus, I feel like my metabolism has picked up a bit too. I have more energy throughout the day and don't feel as sluggish after meals. The capsules are easy to take, no weird aftertaste or stomach upset. I like that the ingredient list is things I actually recognize instead of a bunch of random fillers. Excited to see how things keep improving the longer I continue to take it.

Works for me
I've been taking Emma Relief for a few weeks now and have noticed a real difference with bloating and regularity. It's easy to swallow, and I like that the formula uses recognizable ingredients like berberine and quercetin rather than a random proprietary blend. I didn't get any of the digestive upset some supplements cause when starting out — just gradual, noticeable improvement in how my stomach feels day to day. It's become part of my regular routine, and 60 capsules last a good while. If you're dealing with occasional bloating or irregularity, this one is worth trying.

EMMA
First 2 months worked great actually lost weight no more pain IBS flare ups. Then 3rd month was different my regular bowels stopped go days without I had no pain still felt good but kind of freaked me out so I discontinued. I have been off 1.5 months its back to IBS flare ups painful. They worked so 5 stars but then didn't so 3.5 stars. Now I just don't know what to do bc its expensive money I don't have but worth it when works..OMGOSH so frustrating

I’ve been really happy with Emma Relief. I was looking for something to help with occasional constipation, gas, and bloating, and this supplement has been a great addition to my routine. I like that it’s doctor-endorsed and formulated specifically for digestive support. It’s easy to take, and I appreciate that it doesn’t feel overly complicated. I’ve noticed that my digestion feels more comfortable and regular when I use it consistently. It’s definitely something I plan to keep on hand. Overall, I’m pleased with the results and would recommend giving Emma Relief a try if you’re looking for digestive support.

Slow but maybe
As a senior citizen, I was looking for a healthy method of taking care of my digestive issues when I came across an online video that seemed to really address my concerns. It was a long video which, to some degree, left me scared about what could be going on in my gut. However, it offered solutions in the form of these capsules. I should have known better because it mentioned a 7-second constipation relief that I never saw. Also, there may not be any 3rd party verification of what’s in the bottle. Nevertheless, I was so relieved to start taking EMMA and I wanted to be patient and fair. Therefore, I ordered 3 bottles and faithfully took it about 60 days. Maybe there was relief from bloating. But, during those 1st two months, I never saw constipation relief. I also continued to have acid reflux. There was no weight loss. Because there was no evidence it was working, I continued to do everything the video said doesn’t work: I continued with lots of water, eating foods with high fiber and probiotics, etc. But, to treat constipation, there was no relief except to take gentle laxative teas every few days. Update: in the 3rd month, I gave up taking Emma. Then, one day, I added Emma and apple cider vinegar gummies to all of the other things I wrote about above and got some daily constipation relief. It was nothing exciting and not totally effective but I want to be fair in this review which I had previously given a 1 star. Given more time while combining it with other approaches, it might be that Emma is capable of participating in my digestive struggle. If things get better, I’ll try to update again.

Doesn’t upset my sensitive stomach 👏🏻
A digestion game changer — Noticeable relief on day 2. Since giving Emma a try, I’ve noticed that I feel a lot less uncomfortable immediately following meals and less bloat overall. The capsules are easy to swallow and haven’t upset my stomach like most supplements typically do. I love the sugar craving support and can confirm that it truly does help - I forgot one day and couldn’t figure out why all I wanted was junk food until I realized that I hadn’t taken Emma the day before. Will definitely be something I continue taking long term.
