True to size if measured correctly. I have long thin legs so ordered the correctly measured size and the next size up. The correct size was spot, snug and held up fine during a workout. Didn’t cause any discomfort and could feel the extra support. The next size up was too easy to slip on and it ruffled behind the knee. For the price these are really good. I would say if you are at the lower end of the measurements, size down. If you are at the higher end go with the recommended size in the images. These are supposed to be snug to support, not loose or baggy like a fashion accessory.

Comfortable fit. Worth the money.

I’ve had a knee problem for some time and wanted to try a support to see if it helped when I went to the gym. This really did help, it has rubber bits round the edges which helps grip to your skin and keep the support up. Quality is good and quite tight. Definitely felt more confident in the gym doing legs wearing this.

The supports are comfortable, no pinching behind the knees like most but even with the silicone grips, they still slide down the leg to just above the knee. I do have hairy legs so this may be the reason for the sliding but other than that, a good product for the price.

Being plus size, I needed a compression sleeve for one of my knees that has, in the past year, suffered two injuries. The need was because of a period of time where I would be walking and standing for hours on ends and for for weeks on end - so I required something that would provide compression, some support, comfort and stay in place. Being plus size, the stay in place/comfort pieces are the two most difficult for me to find. I'm delighted to say the Cambivo Compression sleeve worked as needed. I measured my knee as directed on the sales page, falling into the middle of the XXL category size. Once received, while the sleeve fit fine, I didn't necessarily feel the compression was very much. Calling customer service and explaining, we decided I should try the XL - which they sent to me, no charge. This was a much better fit for compression and it was still comfortable and did not slide or roll down. While I'm unable to say how you should judge your sizing, I can say that the sleeve is well made and worked for me.

Bike riding .

These fit perfectly for me. Their sizing information is correct if you measure the way they suggest. The double silicon ring at the top also holds the sleeve in place fairly well. One expects a bit of slippage while you're exercising but stays in place well.
