Used it over a year and it works very well. I use filtered water and the humidifier is in good condition with good mist production. Sometimes the power button touch doesn't work and needs a few tries to sense the touch but it's good otherwise.

The humidifier stopped working after just 7 days. I will update this review regarding the warranty service if the company provides any help. The company issued a refund promptly after I sent them a video showing the product not working. About the Product: 1.The steam it emits is cold. I2.t does not have a timer for automatic shutoff. 3.However, it automatically shuts off when all the water in the container is used. 4.It does not display the current room humidity. I didn’t realize before purchasing how useful this feature would be, but it should be standard, even in smaller humidifiers. 5.Refilling the tank is a bit tricky—you might spill some water during the process. I believe if the company addresses this issue, the price of the product might increase significantly. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and very happy with the service provided by the company. If I ever need another humidifier, especially a larger one, I will definitely buy from RoseKm. They’ve earned me as a loyal customer.

First of all this humidifier does clean the air it only make smoke nothing else. If you are purchasing for your baby or something else pls don't buy it is useless does clean the Air. I have Air temperature also it's Air quality always remain above 70 though this humidifier is ON.

Been using for 2 months, safe to say the most reliable humidifier I've used! It's very easy to clean, easy to handle and very easy to operate for children or the elderly. Although nothing outstanding, it's very good for the price and works fine continuously for 20-22 hours without an issue. I haven't faced itchy skin and dry nose ever since! Serves the purpose very well If you are in a need of a humidifier for dryness, it suits the purpose.
