I’m running 4 15 soundqubed hds3 i have a extra battery already what else do i need to power the amp

You definetely need high output alt, big 3, and some lithium batteries. Im running this amp with 1 hcca 15. I have 270 amp alt, big3, 10 farad fosgate cap, 2 yellow top batteries and it still needs more electrical. When i give it the juice it will still drop my voltage into the danger zone. Under 11 volts!

can i put 2 hcca spl 15s dual 2ohm or dual 4ohm on this amp or jus 1 hcca spl 15 dual 2ohm or 4ohm which is better?

You can easily put a 5k on each sub with no problem. My brother is running 6 spl hcca 15's on 3 17k's. No pressure on the subs. Make sure your electrical is up to par.

yes but it is not variable. it is a switch off / on25hz
