Large concentrations of proven cleansers make this product a winner
I should state at the outset that I did not conduct a scientific evaluation of the product. I did not take before and after bore scope pictures of the pistons and cylinders, or anything else along that line; I simply used it, and can report my results. You should keep in mind that my findings are purely subjective. The test vehicle in question is a 1998 Ford Windstar, with just over 300,000 Kms (187,500 miles) on the vehicle. Service history has been extremely spotty, with engine oil left in the vehicle for years at a time. Vehicle was allowed to sit idle for years, and then be pressed into harsh service, and then parked again. Spark plugs had not been changed since at least 2004, and possibly earlier. Air filter was a black mass - or a black mess. Both terms are correct. Surprisingly the vehicle started and ran, albeit very poorly. I changed the plugs, air filter, and did an oil and filter change. This didn't help a lot. On a whim - I was at the parts store, and they had Seafoam on sale - I threw a tin of Seafoam high mileage fuel cleaner into the tank. It had no effect. My curiosity about Seafoam led me to investigate other fuel system cleaners, which led me to Redline fuel system cleaner. The primary active ingredient is a chemical called Polyether Amine, or PEA. This is a fairly common cleanser, used in most top tier engine fuels (at much, much lower levels). Unlike most of the competition, the concentration of PEA in Redline is up around 30% (according to the Material Safety Data Sheet, which you can Google). The competition hovers around 4%. Other cleansers in Redline are at similarly high, muscular levels. On this basis, I decided to order 4 bottles, and give it a try. After the first bottle, there wasn't really any change. Partway through the second bottle, things started to improve. I'm now on the third bottle, and truthfully, it runs at idle like a new engine. Sitting at a stop light, the only way you can really tell the engine is running is by looking at the tach. It's that smooth. There's still a problem on acceleration; I suspect a fuel delivery problem (the fuel filter is probably still the original one it rolled off the assembly line with, and it was so rusted and decrepit I was unable to remove it). But at steady state, the engine feels young and strong. (UPDATE: I was able to get the fuel filter off and changed, and, as expected, that remedied the acceleration problems. In all circumstances, from idle to heavy acceleration, this engine now performs as if it were new.) I'm satisfied that Redline fuel system cleaner made a significant, dramatic improvement in this engine. Hopefully, most people will not have an engine abused as much as this one was. But having experienced the dramatic improvement that resulted from using this product, I feel confident in stating that it will solve pretty much any carbon buildup, glazing and filth problems that can be solved without resorting to a full engine rebuild. If your problems can be remedied by a cleanser, this is the one to buy. Instead of relying on snake oil products from other manufacturers, just check the MSDS for this product. It's actually got high concentrations of working ingredients in it. No other product has anything close. This is why it's expensive. It's a really serious product. Highly recommended.

Best there is.
Probably the best fuel injector cleaner on market. Can't wait to see the future price of this product blow through the roof with Iran war.
