This (luckily for me) was perfect fit, true to size for me. I did a 3 or 4 hour ride and it did pretty great on a seat that usually hurts me. It held up pretty well. The thickness is pretty good. This is my first padded bike underwear, so I'm not an expert on these things, but I really like my purchase for riding bike, it allowed me to ride for several hours. And the price was a nice value.

Wear it under or over your biker gear. Releaves the sits bone pressure.

Read the size charts carefully and you'll get a good fit. These are the most comfortable padded shorts I've tried...good for a 50 mile ride.

These bike undies are a good solution and alternative to uncomfortable riding pants. The pads in the underwear are narrower in the crotch, fit better, and can be worn underneath leggings or shorts.

Might be good for actually bicycling. Got these for my wife, and she said that they did basically nothing for a motorcycle seat. She sits on the back of my sport bike, and I thought they might help as my passenger seat is tiny and hard. After about 5 minutes she told me that the padding was in a weird spots, so it not only didn't help, but actually made it worse for her. Maybe they are much better for a bicycle, where it's a tiny hard seat but they are not good for a motorcycle.

Comfortable!

These fit as I expected and much more comfortable than the “shorts” style . They do add comfort to my bike ride. I am not as anxious to get off the bike as I was before wearing these!
