I looked at so many different kinds of products for how hot I can get in my bed and heat flashes. It works for me and what I needed mainly for my heat flashes. This is after my menopause that I am continuing to take it. I like the size, taste, and the ease of swallowing it. It is a larger capsule appeal but if you drink it with fluid it goes down easy. I like to health benefits it also comes with. I cannot comment about the calming effect that it has because I am taking it right before I go to sleep. The effectiveness that it claims does work for me and I have been taking this for about a year. Overall I will continue to buy this. I am pleased with having found this and for the price.

This supplement seems to work just as good if not better than the more expensive soy based supplements. I still have a few hot flashes but I'm much much more comfortable on this supplement and its better than having soy , I feel better:)

Just started using this product and can already feel a difference. The hot flashes and night sweats are almost gone. Just great!

I’m not too impressed with this brand , didn’t seem to make a noticeable difference in my symptoms ( night sweats , irritability, etc .

Excelente, mi experiencia personal, tuve que probar los horarios para ver cuando me sentía mejor al tomarlo, y otra mi , Fue tomar dos cápsulas a primera hora de la mañana. Y me siento super bien. Ya voy por el tercer frasco.
