I just purchased a Asterom Cane and I decided to buy a wide tip although I don't really need it right now, but I can't stop the clock and I expect that, if my health holds up, I will need that tip in the future. I pulled the cane tip off and tried one of these on my new cane. It slid on easily and it fits perfectly. Put the original tip back on and put these wide tips on the shelf until I need them. This tip is solid rubber and will give me a more stable and safer cane tip as my risk of falling increase as I age.

I had bought a Clear Lucite Cane (see photo) from another Amazon Seller. According to Review, this cane could crack if dropped. I searched for a strong self-standing rubber foot that would keep the cane standing without wobbling. It had to measure 7/8” thick as opposed to the usual popular size of 3/4”. It was not an easy search but I found it! This tip looks cool and sleek. It does not have that “orthopedic look” and does not detract from the fabulous look of my fashionable cane. It works beautifully to keep it standing on its own when i need to let go of it. This deal and quality cannot be beat. You get two tips and free shipping. It aids me to walk more quickly and steadily over any terrain or snow or sand. And the best part of it is that the rubber tip is made in Ukraine in a factory during the war. These rubber replacement tips for my wooden walking stick fit perfectly. I first thought the measurement was 3/4 inch, but when I ordered them (from a different company) they didn’t fit, they were too tight to get on. These tips fit perfectly at 7/8 inch, and look to be very durable. They are thick and heavy duty, so you feel the sturdiness of them. They were very easy to install, were tight enough to get a good fit. I feel very secure with these tips. These tips are made for walking sticks, not canes. Just carefully measure the bottom of your walking stick to get the best fit, unless you can ask the company that made your stick what size you need. I do recommend this product.
