Amazing!
Tastes exactly like sugar! Best ever and cheaper than another brand that I love. You can use it 1-1 for baking too!

Tastes near sugar, but use with caution
There are some good and bad things about many of the sugar substitutes. One good thing is that it is not absorbed so that it will no contribute to weight gain, diabetes, and other sugar related problems. The main bad is that over using a product like this can cause serious gastrointestinal issues, such as diarrhea. Probably best used when only mild sweetening is needed. Probably avoid adding it to lemon juice or cranberry juice, as well as candy making of any kind. Of note, the taste is fairly close to actual sugar, so it works quite well in limited applications. I could see using it for tea where only a little is needed, but any significant flavor profile could cause problems with the result. As an outer dusting for baked goods I would find this to be very good. One more concern is the cost. It could be considered expensive, but if you are using enough of it in recopies where amount used could be considered a significant portion of the product's total cost, than it is probably not an ideal use for the product, as it could cause laxative type issues.

No Bad Stuff!
Tastes good and no artificial ingredients. And no erythritol. It's a good alternative sweetener.

Not sweet enough, bad aftertaste
I thought I found the best monk fruit sweetener as this is mixed with allulose (does not spike blood sugar, not as sweet, in figs & maples, etc.) rather than erythritol (sugar alcohol). Monk fruit by itself is usually very sweet so I don't need as much as regular sugar (for example, to sweeten my tea). I figured if it's mixed with allulose, then it would be a 1:1. However, this particular sweetener is not very sweet at all. I had to put so much more than what I do for cane sugar, I think double the amount. Plus, it had an aftertaste, the same type I usually taste when I have anything with artificial sweeteners. I felt like it changed the flavor of my tea. I haven't tried baking or cooking with it yet, but I don't think I can have this in any drink because of the aftertaste and needing more than 2 tsps. Quite disappointed. 3 stars only because it's healthier. I'm hoping I can still use this for baking so it's not a complete waste as it's not cheap.

Sweet success
Finally, I found a sugar substitute I actually like! Don't care for stevia or any of the others that have an unpleasant aftertaste. This one tastes almost the same as real sugar.
