ELEGOO PLA 3D Printer Filament 1.75mm Purple 1KG, Precision Wound

Elegoo filaments are quickly becoming my favorites, really good quality and cheap compared with similar quality filaments. I've used some of the cheapest and they aren't so great, but this stuff prints as good as pretty expensive brands at only a couple of quid more than the cheap stuff. Good pigmentation, good bed adhesion and great print quality. The Purple one this review is for does seem to need to be printed at a slightly higher temperature than the black to ensure the layers 'squidge' out properly, the first couple of prints had gaps around where the printer had 'framed' around holes but increasing to 235C sorted that out for me. Really good stuff and I will buy more when needed.

Great filament for the price! The purple is vibrant and matches the product photos well. I had zero issues with tangling or clogging on my printer , and the layer adhesion is excellent. Neatly wound on the spool too. 5/5 stars

The filament as usual from ELEGOO is spot on. One small niggle though. Not all purples are created equal. There is quite a difference between this roll and the one it replaced. Old on the right new on the left.

He usado este rollo para imprimir algunas figuras decorativas y el tono morado es realmente intenso, con un brillo satinado que queda genial bajo la luz. Lo que más me ha gustado de ELEGOO es la consistencia; la precisión de +/- 0.02mm se nota porque las paredes de las piezas salen muy uniformes y no he tenido ni un solo atasco en toda la bobina. Adherencia: Se pega de maravilla a la base (PEI en mi caso) a 60°C y no he tenido problemas de warping (esquinas que se levantan). Acabado: El color es muy sólido y oculta bastante bien las líneas de capa si imprimes a 0.2mm o menos. Bobinado: Viene muy bien ordenado en el carrete, lo que te da tranquilidad para dejar la impresora trabajando sola durante horas sin miedo a que se anude.
