Is this vitamin d2 or D3?

You won't find this information on the label because vitamins aren't ADDED to this cod liver oil. Which means it's going to have natural vitamin D as found in the liver of the fish itself. Vitamin D2 (added to foods like commercially produced milk from factory farmed cows) is a pharmaceutical approximation found in patented medications. You only need to worry about D2 if you're taking supplements that may have been through a lot of pharmaceutical processing. D2 is synthetic, and doesn't work exactly like D3. When you get vitamin D from food naturally, it's never D2. Even if taken as a supplement, cod liver oil is a "food" in the same way that olive oil is a food. Hope this answers your question.
